I had a great experience using Horizon West Plumbing for an urgent plumbing project. We were in the middle of a remodel and had a plumbing issue come up that John was able to come out and fix the next day. In just a few hours, John dug up our old cast iron drain and replaced it with a new one. He was very professional, straightforward, and reliable. The pricing was affordable and the service and communication were above and beyond what I'm used to when dealing with contractors. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (but hopefully won't have to.)

Plumbing nightmare solved! One of the worst experiences for a homeowner is an urgent plumbing problem that you just know you can't fix yourself. Finding a good plumber is difficult; finding an excellent one can be a truly daunting task. So, what did I do? I did what everyone does. I went on the Winter Garden website to ask for recommendations. Within 5 minutes I received about 20 responses. I took a deep breath, got a cup of coffee, and began my quest. As I sifted through the websites, I came across Horizons West Plumbing, which is very professional, easy to navigate, and unintimidating. The following statement is what prompted me to call: """"We believe strongly in craftmanship and take pride in our work. Prompt, reliable, and committed to integrity and transparency."""" The owner, John, answered right away (this is key). He was very personable and fit me in to his very busy schedule for the next day. When he arrived with his crew, Frankie and José, I was impressed that they wore masks and got right to the task. They worked very well together digging through mud and cutting through a tangle of massive roots to find the leaky pipe. They were so careful to dig around what we thought was some kind of a alien makeshift sprinkler system that I never knew was there. It turns out that if it looks like a hose and acts like a hose...it's probably a petrified hose buried in the ground holding on for dear life. They found the leak underneath this mass and were able to fix it quickly. I greatly appreciate the time they spent to get the job done well and my water back on to the house. Hopefully, the water company will be able to adjust what I expect will be a very high bill when I show them the receipt for the repair. I saw the high reviews for Horizon West Plumbing after we had a full clog in our house. I realized the issue late at night so the next morning I found them. I saw on their webpage there was a webform to fill out. After filling it out it said they would be in contact in 48 hours. I then e-mailed the address on the site as a secondary contact. When I called the number said no one was available (it was early) so please e-mail. After a few more hours I called. It went straight to the message to e-mail, but I got a text saying sorry I am on the other line but I will call back or you can respond. I loved this feature so I responded with my needs asking for a call back. I never got the call back. Luckily I found another local plumber that came out and fixed our needs. I still have not received any follow up for them. I know my job was small, but I have a big job coming up in the future. Needless to say I will use the other company for that project.

I cannot say enough praises for HWP and the service they provided at my residence. Low water pressure was the culprit, causing multiple issues in both my bathrooms. John shut down water and removed PRV valve. Replaced with new valve and installed new shutoff valve. He also repaired both toilets, changing the fluid masters and flappers. Arrived as promised, practiced all safety procedures (COVID) and work was performed fast, efficient and to my satisfaction. John goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend HWP for all your plumbing needs!

Horizon West Plumbing is an incredible company! No job to small no job to big , they are reliable, reasonably priced, and do amazing work! Coming from NY we had no clue about hard water or soft water. John came by and educated us and gave us options. Once we decided on a water softner system they scheduled us for install the same week and have not had any issues since being completed. Very clean and professional! Thanks again guys.
