We wanted an RO and a softener for our home. These guys were installing it at a friends home so called them to give me an estimate. Initial estimate was $750 and they mentioned it would be with Copper pipes. Scheduled and they came in to install it. Something broke in RO so that wasnt finished. An to my absolute surprise they installed softener in such a way that it was blocking the driveway. Wow. Talk about common sense. No copper pipes. When i asked them they told me this was what i get from the parts they ordered. Wow. Also told me that tucking it in would cost me extra $250. Took them 3 weeks to get parts. When i countered them saying the pipes they installed was something they already might have they started getting defensive and asked me to ""KNOCK IT OFF MAN"". One of them told me he broke his $150 knife. Seriously ? I asked him if he could show me a receipt of the parts, i would be happy to reimburse the knife cost. Again ""KNOCK IT OFF MAN"". These guys create a problem and then ask you to pay for fixing the problem. Never again referring them to anyone. STAY AWAY from them.

Our water heater was over 20 years old we needed a change. They were very responsive and have us a chest quote. Walked me through which was the best set up for me. I shopped around and the quoted me with the best price. They came in time and finished the job. Very affordable and reasonable. Plus they are veteran own business.

Ran out of hot water on a Monday morning.... Looked up plumbing services in my area and came across Horizon Plumbing. I got a quote fro. Their website and within a matter of minutes they responded. I had hot water running again the next day! I appreciate them answering all of my questions I had (I know I can be a pest). They also communicated very clearly as to what was needed and what was done. Thank you for the outstanding service!!
