Called Hoppers Plumbing to resolve a plumbing issue. They scheduled the appointment and arrived early the next morning. Jacobb (owner) and Tommy fixed the problem in record time and the price was within their estimate.

I've owned real estate for along time and have dealt with contractors for over 45 years. The service provided by Jacob and Hoppers Plumbing was very professional and their craftsmanship was SUPERIOR in it's quality.

I had Jacob and Tommy come out to install a sump pump in a 68 year-old basement that experienced periodic flooding during extended rains. This problem had plagued us for the 19 years that we've lived here. General Plumbing Supply in Auburn had recommended Hoppers as the best in the area, and our experience confirmed that. Hopper's plumbing called us back when no one else did and were out that afternoon to check out our broken water heater. After consulting with the manufacturer they were back the next morning at 8 am to fix it for a very very reasonable fee. They were wonderful and I would recommend them. So glad to have found a plumber!

Ya know how a service tells you when to expect them and then they show up a couple of hours late? Hopper's told me 8-8:30 and they showed up at 7:59 !!! Then they fixed our water heater with a part they had with them in only 40 minutes. Then the bill was amazingly low. Win, win, win. Nice people too.

Our 20 year old gas water heater was having problems, but Hopper's was able to fix it quickly and cheaply.

They sell ""tankless"" water heaters and we are considering this option when we replace the unit (very soon).
