i had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and hopper plumbing was a lifesaver! they were quick to respond, arrived on time, and fixed the problem right away. the plumber was super friendly and professional. i'll definitely be using them again for all my plumbing needs!

I don't know the name of the woman I first talked to regarding my invoice, but the first thing she told me was that the invoice was ""correct"" because the plumber's ""timecard "" says so. She told me the timecard says he was here 3 1/2 hours. He arrived at my house 8:15 AM and finished approximately 10:45 AM and spent at least 10 minutes outside writing up my invoice and came back into my house at 11:00 AM. That is not 3 1/2 hours, that is closer to 2 1/2 hours. She was defensive and argumentative with me from the beginning. I was not treated well as a customer, you were not much better, Jacobb. All I wanted was to have my bill explained to me. I don't know how you expect your customers to be OK with being handed an invoice of nearly $1000.00 with no documentation of how much labor was charged and how much was spent on parts. There was absolutely no time in and out documented, that is potentially a problem and is definitely a problem in my situation. I just wanted to understand my bill. And I don't understand why you keep listing everything I had repaired/serviced at my house. This is the third time you have listed my repairs, once on the invoice, once over the phone, once on the reply to my review. I know what I had done, that is not the issue.
Jacobb, if you would like to make this right, you call me, I am not calling your office.

I discovered a plumbing leak and called Hoppers. Mary who answered the phone sounded very concerned and managed to send Tommy out within a couple hours. He capped the pipe and set up a dehumidifier which they loaned out to me for as long as I needed. They are small operation with a huge heart. They also really know what they are doing!

I just got charged $840 for them to replace a mixer valve on my tankless water heater. The part was approx $100. The technician was worried about the water temp fluctuation and called the phone number on the water heater and sat on hold for at least 2 hours. He was told by the call center person not to worry about it, and the water temp suddenly stopped fluctuating. I was FURIOUS when I saw the invoice. Yes, I get it that I must pay for their time, but watching him sit on hold for 2 hours? I will NEVER go back there again as a widow w four kids-I literally feel like I have been robbed. They should have given me a quote before they started, but I didn't think to ask because I was in a work meeting online. Unless you are very rich and love being taken advantage of, look elsewhere!!!!

We needed toilet repairs. It was easy to call and set up appointment. Tommy called before arrival. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. All issues taken care of with no problems. Had a water softener system break and Jacob, the owner, came out very quickly to install a temporary bypass so that we could have water until a new setup was installed. Within a few days Ben, the tech, was there with the new setup and had it up and running very quickly.
GREAT service, GREAT people and Mary at the office was amazingly helpful.
I HIGHLY recommend Hoppers for all water needs.

I called Hoppers because of their Yelp rating and the professional look of their website. They did not disappoint. Jacob arrived promptly after giving me a call to say he was on his way. He was polite, easy-going, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He then discussed with me a question I had about a recirculating pump and was very knowledgeable. It is so nice to know that we now have our plumbing needs met in the future. You will not be disappointed with this company.
