Terry from Hopper Plumbing was amazing! The first time we called Terry, he was able to troubleshoot and fix things over the phone, so he ended up not needing to come out. Since he was so honest, we called him out when we heard running water in our house. He came out and assessed the situation and found that our hot water pipe was exploding and flooding. He was patient and had great customer service. Terry was communicating with us each step of the way telling the customer what he would be doing. He referred a mold remediation company and they came out the same day. He fixed our water pipe and did a great job!

Yesterday with a heavy rain our sump pump stopped working in our crawlspace was flooded. I called several plumbers and Terry was able to come out that day.

He came quickly, assessed the problem. It was very reasonably priced and then was able to get us a new sump pump by the next morning and get it working again. Again, he was very reasonably priced, efficient and was very good about letting us know what the situation was, and was great at educating us to so we could make an informed decision .

Will be using him again for several plumbing projects I've been putting off.

I needed a plumber to replace a sink and repair a bidet, so I asked Home Depot for a referral to someone with bidet expertise. They used Angie's list to contact local plumbers, and Terry from Hopper Plumbing was the first to respond and was available the same day. Terry is a consummate professional, an excellent communicator, and very thorough in his work, doing a fantastic job resolving the issues I had. I absolutely recommend this company! I have been looking for a plumber that I can rely on for anything that my house needs, and I have found one in Terry and in Hopper Plumbing.
