Back in mid-dec I ran into a problem with an turn on/off valve for my humidifier. Went on internet to research nearby plumbers; Hophan Brothers came up so I called and they were here in an hour. They resolved my issue . Both Billy and Ray are two dynamite men that get the job done. That is exactly what I needed ,NO upsell ,NO hassle with price and the JOB WAS DONE RIGHT!!! Thank YOU GUYS...

Today is Jan 15th 2019 and again had an issue with a leaky pipe under the bathroom sink...the house was built in 1960...over time these things do occur BUTI knew who to call. Billy and Ray ""THE DYNAMIC DUO"" From Hophan Bros. I know the job gets done right the first time and these guys are so accommodating. I had called on Sunday and asked if they could be here on Tues.at 11 a.m. Sure enough pulling into my driveway at 11a.m. and got the leaked fixed and out the door by 11:40.
It's a wonderful relaxed feeling knowing who to call when there are any issues with my plumbing or heater. It eliminates the angst of WHO.

Sometime last week my heater decided to be weird. I could hear it cutting on and off, my bathrooms were all warm but 2 of my 3 bedrooms and my 1st floor weren't . I tried to trouble shoot on my on but to no avail. I called on Saturday AM @ 7:15 left a message and my call was returned by 9 AM. The gentlemen asked a few questions about what was going on but specifically if I could wait until Monday. Begrudgingly I agreed and the gentleman said someone would be there on Monday AM between 9-12. Needless to say I survived the weekend, thankfully my children were away.
First thing Monday AM at 8:33 I received a call stating that the contractors were about 20 minutes away. They arrived right before 9AM as promised & got right to work. I didn't catch the primary gentlemen's name but he did tell me he was the son of the owner. He was so engaging and informative explained possible issues and once it was diagnosed got the heater fixed. They were here a little under 2 hours. He was honest enough to explain that I shouldn't waste anymore $$$ repairing this heater by explaining the life span and what my next steps would be. I'm totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

I called Hophan for some simple plumbing work. Even though I called on a Sunday when they were closed, they called me back within 20 minutes to make sure I didn't have an emergency. That to me sealed the deal with how awesome this company would be to work with. Thankfully it wasn't an emergency and I was given an estimate within 48 hours. The quote was very fair and very honest. They did the work and it was easy peasy. Such a great group to work with! I would rate this company top notch and trustworthy. They are definitely our new plumbers!

Do yourself a favor and never call them for services. Extremely overpriced, rude and not helpful. Came to my house for service, quoted $250 over what I was quoted just last week for the same exact job. Then tried to charge me $50 for a 15 second ""diagnostic."" If I could give negative stars I would. Never again, this company should not be in business.
