I had water in my basement. On their website they at the time had a coupon for $89 to get your drain ""snaked"". When they came they said they needed to bring in a snake that was ""more powerful"" and of course that was ""going to cost more"" they let us wait for 3 days with standing water until they could get back. Then they didn't even use the cutter attachment at the end of the snake like everyone else that's ever been to the house has done before. When they got the done they said that using the snake was to ""restore flow"". Plus their reasoning as to why they didn't use the cutter attachment was completely unacceptable. Plenty of plumbers who have never been to my place before had no issues with the 1st machine & using the cutter attachment. They showed me the video and told me the only way to get rid of what we saw was to have the drain water jetted which of course ""was going to go cost more"". How much more? $89 became $310 and the water jetting was going to cost a whopping $1,380 dollars! They also had a thing to sign that you were ""satisfied with the work"" that I felt was not going to be a continuing nice conversation if I didn't sign it. They were very nice people the young lady I talked to on the phone was nice too. But these people are salesmen. They are trying to push everyone they can to get the 1300 dollar water jetting. That was on April 13th now these people who got 310 dollars for something that should have cost a friend of mine who was very nice enough help me only 89 dollars that refused to use the 1st machine with the cutter attachment left me with a drain only 4 weeks after they were here with a drain that has to be done again. I even called them to explain how upset I was that I felt we got taken for because of how little we got for how much the bill was and a supervisor after a week plus never called me back.
