Called for an emergency blockage and they were there within hours. Great service, nice technician, and a GREAT price for an emergency same-day service call.

I have called them on several occasions with plumbing emergencies and they have always responded as quickly as possible with people who efficiently and fairly solve the situation. Special kudos to Danielle who always tries to facilitate the resolution of the problem! I cannot recommend them more strongly! GMS, Hidden Lake Villas, Naples, Florida

We used Hoosier three times. The first two times they were pretty good. The first time they completed a dirty, complex job quickly and reasonably. The second job was simple and straight forward. But it was expensive. Their last job with us was as if it was a different company: The plumber and his helper took three hours to to decide they could not complete the job. First they took a toilet apart to snake the drain line. Then they sold us a $250 camera service to find a blockage that apparently could not be cleared with a snake. When they located the blockage site the pipe was excavated. The plumber got very upset because he felt the pipe could be asbestos (it probably was). At this point after digging up the pipe the plumbers called the city and FL dig safe.Inexplicably, then they filled in the excavation and left without telling us what was going on. Apparently because the city hadn't returned their call, the plumbers, not Hoosier, would not complete the job. In the meantime the city showed up and took less then an hour to locate the site of the blockage. When our managers asked the city workers about a possible asbestos issue they were told much of old Naples had asbestos piping. The city workers left. We had renters arriving the next afternoon. That night we called our contractor, got a different plumbing company, the job was completed following morning. In the meantime Hoosier is demanding payment. Their plumbers walked off the job, with no explanation to us, and did not complete the job. The plumbers are not telling management the full honest story about what work they did or didn't do. For instance I asked if they cut any pipes. They say they didn't. They did cut pipes. They told my managers the house needed cleanouts. Instead of installing cleanouts on the pipe they cut it just got reconnected. It's a no win situation. I'm standing behind my people, just as Hoosier is standing behind their workers. But I'm out $600 without Hoosier fixing anything or offering any resolution to the problem. We lost, what appeared be in the past, a good plumbing company. However, Hoosier is losing a good customer who promptly paid their bills. Now I need to find a new plumbing company.

Had a similar experience as Paul S, if not worse. This family-owned business only works via cell phone and they will """"block"""" your number should there be issues, or if the business relationship deteriorates. An acquaintance who performs inspections reviewed the end work product within seven days of completion. As a result, we never allowed a representative of Hoosier to set foot in the residence again. We live in a large home/condominium community; neighbors and off-site friends visited and viewed their work. It didn't take experts in construction to recognize multiple deficiencies. Ultimately, by our own tireless efforts through other means, within days we were made whole on this repair installation project. The rework was sourced out and properly performed by another long-standing, reputable, area contractor. We were extremely lucky in ifying our losses with Hoosier. Buyer beware.

Polite, neat and reasonable. I had them change my ice maker line and my shut off valve coming into the house. They worked around my schedule.

Could not say enough good things about this company. Fair pricing and outstanding service. We are one of the bigger Home Watch Companies in Collier county servicing over 1000 customers. We have recommend them to many of our customers and have never heard anything but positive reviews.
