Don't ever hire this company. Lowe's hired them to install a kitchen faucet. The plumber left with both the faucet and soap dispenser very loose. He also left a huge gouge in my acrylic sink. He had no idea what he was doing.

STAY AWAY, I REPEAT, STAY AWAY. I bought a house and wanted plumbing fixed before we moved in. Our home warranty sent out these guys, and the guy was nice enough and called in advance. But he couldn't snake the clog, because he claimed it was in the main line and left. (I paid a different plumber and they pulled a whole toilet brush out of the toilet, so it wasn't the main line.)

I'm most annoyed that it took them a week to talk to our home warranty and then claimed that he had done the work. I know this because I called the warranty people daily to check, even though there was over 1 hour hold wait times. Finally he contacted them but he claimed he did the work. I've asked our warranty for a refund but Hoosier Plumbing claimed they fixed it... they did not and I'm stuck paying for literally nothing. Would not recommend at all, mainly because they are not honest.

So I put in a home warranty repair and they sent these lazy clowns to my house. After I explained to them what I had already told the warranty company they then called the warranty company who told them outside hose bibs were not covered. That'd be great if that's where the leak was on the back one but it was leaking under the house not outside. They do this every day and knew damn well this was not a covered repair and just let em soak us for the service call anyway. I found out I was charged thru the warranty for their service call for which they made no repairs. I will never use these ripoffs again in life. The owner is a complete asshole and I don't know why the warranty sent these idiots in the first place. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

When we bought our house a new central air system had been installed months prior by Hoosier Mechanical. The system is probably less than 6 months old. Long story short, the Heat Pump hasn't worked since day one and we've been running on emergency heat for the past month. Unfortunately, we've been dealing with Hoosier Mechanical since day one because our heat pump is under warranty. The first 2 weeks they ignored my husbands calls, but once the investor who sold us our house caught wind he reach out to them and got their attention. Keep in mind that we closed on our house on January 23rd. Well they FINALLY came out this past Monday to ""fix"" the heat pump, but by the time my husband got home later that evening it was still not working and we're back to running on emergency heat. We called them Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and never got a call back. My husband is so fed up with these people that he's ripping the entire system out and installing a system thats actually going to work. He also has to fix the hack job they did on the duct work. DON'T USE HOOSIER MECHANICAL. I have never dealt with a company who so blatantly ignores their customers or refuses to right their wrongs and I will NEVER recommend Hoosier Mechanical LLC to anybody I know. On top that, our home warranty won't cover it because Hoosier Mechanical did such a poor job that they consider it a preexisting problem.
