I purchased a new home and Sarasota County sent me a letter requiring backflow testing. I found out the testing had been done by Hoopers the month before closing. I called Hoopers and they immediately sent the report to the County. The charge to me was $0.00. I recommend Hoopers Backflow Testing without reservation.
