Extremely disappointed in the level of service! Had a leak in my water meter that needing fixing, Eric came out next day and fixed it, but left us with a giant mess of sod thrown on top. Not only that, come to find out a couple weeks later when my grass starts turning brown that in the process, he chopped up some of my drip irrigation lines. When I called to see if they could rectify the situation, I was met with a bunch of excuses as to why they would have to charge me (more than my landscaper would). He acknowledged that he noticed the lines but thought they were "scraps." Needless to say I will never do service with them again, nor will I ever recommend them. Our builder recommended him to me, and I will be sure the builder knows of how we were treated, so that our neighbors don't have to deal with the same regret.

Please note that review is based on AC service from Hooper. I've used them for plumbing jobs in the past and been very happy with that work.

I had Hooper come out for water dripping from the air handler. The lady who scheduled the service call was very nice and she was able to get someone out to me the next morning after I called at end of day.

Originally suspected drip pan was not draining but turned out be condenser related issue. AC guys did not have equipment with them to check for Freon leak and advised another call ($350) would be needed for that. No one from Hooper contacted me to schedule that call.

While one guy added Freon to the existing outside unit, the other guy started asking me questions about where the upstairs windows and doors went to and if there was balcony access. As a female I found this line of questioning creepy and alarming, but gave him benefit of doubt that it was related to the Freon check. Next he asked about upstairs AC outlets. Turns out he was trying to sell me on the idea of adding a second AC unit for the upstairs. Before they had even fully identified and fixed the problem with the existing AC system.

Between the bad sales pitch and the lack of follow-up I went with a competitor to replace the air handler.

Hired Hooper Plumbing based on friend's recommendation. The technicians arrived at the scheduled time and flushed the tankless water heater and adjusted the flow in the bathtub faucet. Charge was a reasonable $259.95.
Last week we hired them again to replace the bathtub faucet and a kitchen faucet. We purchased the faucets from Home Depot and had prepared both areas for easy access. The technicians arrived at the scheduled time, replaced both faucets and installed couple shutoff valves on the water feed lines at the bathtub faucet. Total time spent was 90 minutes. The bill arrived on Monday. It was $749.95. So please be aware that labor rate that Hooper Plumbing charges is just pennies short of $500/hr.

Not sure about the company but service truck 86 was driving very unsafe and putting many people at risk of a crash more than 3 times that I was just driving next to for about 5 minutes.

Hammer from Hooper came to my house mid August and cleaned out a difficult to access drain between two sinks in my master bath. I paid $700, but was happy my drains worked again. A month and a half later the drains backed up again. I called and confirmed multiple times that this was a warranty call and to send the same gentleman out Bc he was familiar with the drain he already worked. Hammer returned and charged be to clean those drain lines again telling me it's "hard to warranty work Bc you can never tell if someone has a lot if hair and is going to clog the drain quickly."

I have called and my fiancée have called multiple times to discuss why I was charged and no one has returned a single phone call. I would advise against using this company as they do not stand by their work or return phone calls. I have also shared with the neighborhood Facebook page that recommended them Bc this level of service is not acceptable.

Hooper is only as good as what they can get away with. My townhome complex used them for exterior repair work and they didn't even bother to pull permits with the City if University Park. They fixed the problem for the affected units but now other units that were fine are experiencing inside plumbing issues. They cut all the corners they can and only bandaid their fixes.

I have used Hooper Plumbing for many years at multiple houses I manage and they do an amazing job. They are quick , friendly and always on time. I highly recommend them !!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Hooper. They've replaced our hot water heater, replaced a leaky valve in our master shower, and just this morning came out to check on a leaking pipe. I already had another sprinkler company at the house since it turns out it was a sprinkler leak, and Hooper didn't charge me anything for the service call! Their customer service is outstanding and their prices are amazing and straight forward - I truly can't recommend them enough!

The company provided excellent service they were very responsive and helpful I believe they been in business for over 50 years and there's a good reason for that
