Curt is the most efficient and honest plumber in the entire North Valley.
Having been ripped of by one of the franchises I tried Hooker Oak and there is no doubt that he will be my plummer from now on. He does have a few old and bad jokes you will have to put up, but his quality of work will offset many times over.
