I had high expectations based upon previous Google reviews. Yes this is a small town. But not being able to provide an ETA for a estimate is unprofessional. Once they learned someone else was as also providing an estimate they decided not to come.

We have relied on Hood Plumbing for many years. They have responded to late night emergencies with a smile. We have found them to always be friendly, reliable, helpful..... if there's a job they can't do, they've referred and even set us up with someone who could. We consider the Hood brothers to be honest people, who do excellent work. They are always our first call and they have always answered. Even when they are out of town, they have provided advice, referrals, and guidance. We love these guys!
