Shoddy work.... vague scandalous billing... disconnected thermostat wires to be able to make another service call later.....sadly it took a few experiences to realize how dishonest their company is

I have relied on Hood for two recent fixes. First was a plumbing issue and Todd was very professional and friendly. He worked hard to get the repair completed and did a great job. Next was an electrical concern. What I thought was going to be a small job turned out to be a bigger job and David was just like Todd. Very professional and friendly and did a great job. I was more than pleased with the fact that they both came wearing face coverings (covid 19) and wore them the entire time they were here. I definitely will call on them again. Highly recommended!

I asked for a small plumber if they had one. They said they did and would write it on the work order. They sent out a big guy that didn't want to crawl in a tight crawl space. He said I don't want to be rude but I am not going to crawl through your shit before he got started. He looked under the house and said he couldn't fix it and said no one else would either because of the water standing. He said we could tear up our bathroom floor or go through a closet to get to it. He said he was in Belleville is the reason he came to Cuba to look at it. He then charged mileage from Concordia and time for driving. The bill was $ 129.00 to look at it and tell me he wouldn't crawl under the house. He was here around 15 minutes. I got someone else to fix it and the puddle of water was small and didn't even touch it to fix the leak.
