Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a leak from shower on second floor to first floor hallway. Problem was found very quickly and resolved. They also provided some very valuable information in regards to future repairs.
I recommend this company.

I needed to get a new heating system for my home and decided to get a mini split. Honrath and Stacey found the perfect places for the indoor units and the outdoor one, did a fast and impeccable job, and later installed a wireless remote control for it. My highest recommendation.

Service response was prompt. Evaluation of a 1959 crawlspace heater not heating resulted after testing in the choice of a total 5k furnace replacement or a 1K replaced fan with the assurance that the old heater will continue to perform. No upsell pressure from H&S to replace. So, good value for me to choose the repair.

I use Honrath & Stacey for all my plumbing needs. They are reasonably priced, they do good work, and they go the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly.

Great service
Reasonably priced
Very prompt
Highly recommend
Though we live slightest beyond their coverage area they were willing to come.

This review is long overdue. I initially called several HVAC companies to come out and look at my floor furnace because it wouldn't turn on. I learned that many companies don't work on floor furnaces anymore but was lucky that one company gave me Honrath & Stacey as a company that still worked on floor furnaces. I made an appointment with Joey and he came over to troubleshoot. It turned out the wiring for the thermostat was kind of funky so he fiddled with it and got it to work. A few days later, it stopped working again and I tried to jiggle the wires but to no avail. Long story short, he made it work, and talked me out of spending a bunch of money on replacing a part that was probably only going to last 5-10 years and if I just keep up on the maintenance of what I already have, the furnace will probably last a long time. I really appreciated his honesty, and also his and Sean's patience with my crazy dog Hugo that kept jumping on them when they were trying to work.
Anyway, if you have any plumbing or heating problems, and don't want to deal with being upsold on replacing what you have with something new, I recommend giving Joey call. He's the best!

Great HVAC and plumbing work. Did a clean job and completed the projects on time. Highly recommended

I have a very old gas furnace in my 100-year-old house. I believe it is the original furnace. Many companies do not work on these antiques, but Honrath & Stacey does. Joey and Sean came to my house at the time they said they would, and they fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Joey did a good job of explaining what the problem was. (Some wires at the furnace had a loose connection, and he soldered them together.) Joey and Sean both seemed like nice people. I was very pleased with their service and the reasonable cost.

I had an issue with my shower faucet leaking profusely. I called this plumbing service and they were able to come pretty quickly and solve the issue. The cost was reasonable and they fixed it within 15 minutes and also showed me how to turn off my water outside.

Excellent service and communication! First I had a plumbing issue and then a gas leak a few months later, fast response to both and excellent communication both times. 100% reliable. Fair and transparent about pricing. Truly grateful these guys exist... I know I can rely on them when the next emergency occurs!
