These guys are THE BEST!!! They've done a number of jobs for over the last few years and they're always, prompt, professional, and they thoroughly explain everything. Highly recommended!!!

My heater was not working properly it needed the control board replaced. The plumber replaced it, It works great. He was on time and had a nice attitude. I would definitely recommend this company

I couldn't figure out how to remove the filter on my furnace to replace it. So I spoke to Joey over the phone and he helped me out. I just want to say thanks. Now it's working great. I really appreciate that.

Excellent service each time I've called them. I will continue to call them first if I need any plumbing or heating services. Highly recommenddd.

Honrath & Stacey plumbing really blew me away. I was in need of a lot of work at my home. Being that it is an older home it was in need of a lot of updates. Joey the owner was really straight forward and honest with what we needed. He was able to do everything we needed in a fast and efficient way. Joey and Jordan were so helpful and what I appreciated the most was how clean they were, I never had to touch up anything after they left. Joey is very knowledgeable in what he does he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. So happy we chose your business to update our home!

The company is awesome to work with. My grandmother had a emergency and they got her asap. She has been dealing with this company for years and they always take care of her. It's always great to work with a company that doesn't take advantage of people.

PLUMMET! We really liked this company at first. But they messed up on each of the last three projects. Everyone makes mistakes, but the deal breaker was that Joey wouldn't admit to errors. First, an assistant named Jordan installed two shower cartridges backwards, leading to a major flood on our hardwood floor. (Joey claimed a hair clog in the pipes was the culprit, but why'd it happen the day after the shower repair?) Next, Jordan broke our water-heater door while installing a new water heater. (Joey initially lied and said the door closed fine when they left, which was clearly impossible. Then, he blamed it on the door being ""crappy."") I should have stopped there, but I decided to give Joey one more try, since my initial impression had been so positive. I let him install the water-pump system he and I had been planning for months. I insisted that he do the job himself, rather than letting his obviously incompetent (and dishonest?) assistant come and break more stuff. Everything was going fine, until Joey found and fixed a leak in one of the water lines going into our kitchen sink. So far, so good. But when he finished the job, the water pressure in the faucet was about one-third of normal. Joey said he couldn't fix it because the faucet was - you guessed it - too crappy. (It's only three years old.) Now, I am having to hire a new plumber and pay hundreds of additional dollars. Even if everything in our house is a piece of crap, as Joey claims, a licensed professional should still stand behind their work and own up to their mistakes without getting defensive. Bottom line, if it's a straightforward job and everything goes perfectly according to plan, you might be okay going with Honrath & Stacey. But woe until you if anything goes wrong: It'll be your fault for having a crappy home.

Joey is very professional and helpful and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Honrath and Stacey.

Great service and didn't try to nickel and dime me as my project was pretty straightforward, pipe repair and kitchen faucet install. I will call them again if needed.

Joey came right on time, very professional and gave good common sense advise. The cost was reasonable and very thrilled he solved my problem immediately! My ""go to"" plumbers!
