Deondre B.Took time off work to make sure someone would be home for my moms appointment and nobody ever showed up or called to cancel the appointment. So much for honor when you can't even handle basic customer service, I understand with this cold snap something may have came up but a 30 second phone call or even a text/email is kinda the bare minimum. Cannot recommend a service that doesn't show up for the appointments they set.
Should also mention we tried to call them multiple times after they didn't show up and recieved no answer as well.
