I live up the street from the owner and thought it would be good to give my business to someone local. I was not disappointed. I called in the morning to get someone out that day which they did. The lady who answered my call was very professional. Desi was assigned to provide service. He sounded very knowledgeable and unclogged the shower drain and fixed a toilet and kitchen faucet. He was honest and said that another shower drain was working fine and didn't need servicing. I appreciated the honesty. I now know who I can call in the future for my plumbing needs. Six months ago, our water heater decided to take an unscheduled vacation. It was mid-morning and I was halfway through rinsing shampoo out of my hair when the hot water cut out. Cue the frantic calls to plumbers while I stood shivering under a disappointing stream of lukewarm water.

The quote they gave me was far more reasonable than the others, and they even took the time to answer my million questions without rushing.

Fast forward six months: the water heater is still working perfectly! I can't believe it took me this long to leave this review, but better late than never. Very happy with the work! Had 1950s concrete slab with drainpipe underneath no longer functioning, so washer would overflow onto floor and/or come up into the sink. The sink had been slow but became totally clogged, too. The solution involved cutting into wall and pipes and making a cleanout for each--the washer and the sink. I feel so much better now! The new pipe was rerouted and connected to the main drainpipe in the front yard. I appreciated the skill and thoroughness involved, and they did not even have to break any concrete pathways outside (dug underneath) and re-patched the stucco and drywall. I am so glad I called them. They are the local experts!

Cole is fantastic. They were able to see me the same day I called and diagnosed the issue. From there, Cole explained all of the ins and outs of the plan as well as the cost which was very competitive. They were able to do the work the next day and also diagnosed other issues that needed to be dealt with. While it's not super fun to have your house upended with work inside the walls.. Cole and his team were quick, efficient, professional, done with high quality and a good attitude. 11/10 would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Once upon a time, disaster! No hot water. All of a sudden! With Christmas just days away, the timing was NOT within the scope of Christmas spirit. However, Cole came to our rescue! He checked the water heater, twice (wink), for leaks, creaks, cracks, and fissures. With tools aglow, Santa Cole masterfully fixed the water heater. Because of his quick response time (within the same hour I called for help!), our plans for some Christmas festivities were resumed.
