We cannot say enough great things about this company! We called them out on a Saturday morning for a toilet plug, and they sent the most incredible plumber--Desi--out to fix it quickly and successfully! He was knowledgeable, patient, answered all of our questions, and most importantly he was extremely professional and did an incredible job with what turned out to be a very difficult hard-water-buildup plug. We would actually use them again in the future! Highly recommend 10/10

We received a plumbing inspection by Cole for a house we were buying. He drafted up a great inspection report that we were able to use to help get us money back from the sale. His quote for the work was reasonable and fair. We had additional questions later, and he answered them promptly and clearly.

We ended up not using this service, only because a family friend who is a plumber and contractor ended up offering us a significant friends and family discount to do the work for us. The family friend also commented that the quote we were given was very reasonable and fair.

Should that family friend not be available to us in the future, I would absolutely contact honeydo Plumbing again for plumbing needs. I was so impressed with them that I still wanted to leave them a good review.

This was an amazing experience....even with clogged pipes. Cole knows what is what. He is very knowledgeable and explains what is going on regarding the always unfortunate situation of calling a plumber. They spent 2 days plus a third repairing the drywall behind a toilet. The clean up afterwards was done well. My husband is familiar with pipes and connections, and Cole was spot on.

Excellent, fair service! Desi called to give me the 30 min window and showed up on time. My washing machine had caused a small flood the night before so I assumed the drain was plugged. He ran the snake and said there was no clogging, probably my hose was not deep enough into the drain. I was getting all ready to pay for their time but he stopped me and said the office would handle it. Heard back immediately....said no worries just leave a positive review. This company does business great! Will definitely call them again if I have any issues in the future!

Very happy with the service and professionalism from HoneyDo. We had an emergency kitchen clog on Sunday morning. Our regular plumber isn't open on Sunday so we called a few places. HoneyDo was the only place we called that had a live operator and let us know that they'd be able to send someone in a couple hours. Cole and team showed up and spent 1.5 hours troubleshooting in our house with 75 year old pipes. They were able to clear the drain and accessed the crawl space to see what the root cause was. He clearly explained the issue and also some other things that could cause problems in the future. I had explained that we were going to be doing a kitchen remodel in a couple weeks and would be replacing the plumbing so he didn't charge us (understanding that the clog would likely come back, but hopefully not before our project) and gave us notes for our contractor and sent an estimate for what work he would do for a more long term solution. Left everything very tidy and clearly knows his stuff. Will 100% use them in the future - always better service with local small business owners.

HoneyDo was the first one to respond to my request on a Sunday. They were able to come and clean up our kitchen drain quickly. It only took 10 minutes to assess and solve the problem. Joshua was very nice and polite. He was respectful and wore booties to keep the house clean. He was honest and helpful. They will be our go-to company to deal with our plumbing problems. The company's quote was the lowest.
