Paul was excellent. Had a small shower head leak and he was able to pinpoint the issue and resolve it quickly. He changed out the valve stems, seats and knobs within an hour. He arrived on time, cleaned up and double checked the work before leaving. Will use him again for other home projects

Paul was a busy man. He could be hard to reach. I guess this is because he is GOOD !
He removed and installed 2 kitchen faucets for me in about an hour.
His double checked his work was done properly before he left.
I would ask for his help again in the future if needed for sure.

This is the chronology:
- we scheduled for them to come in to do caulking and doorbell installation (2 hours) at Wed 17th, 11AM

- he texted and said his truck broke down at Wed 17th 11:06, we understand, stuff happens, we reschedule for next Friday 19th 11AM (My wife took a day off to wait for him)

- at Friday 19th 9:53AM (not the scheduled 11AM) he texted saying that he's been knocking and ringing the doorbell, my wife was there at home (she took another day off) and she heard nothing. He said he's already on his way to Los Gatos.

All of this is documented.

Paul was amazing!! He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do with replacing my garbage disposal, worked very efficiently, and didn't take long at all. My garbage disposal has been broken since I moved in half a year ago, and Paul made sure not only the disposal was working optimally, but also checked and cleaned out the hoses to ensure no other problems would arise. Top all of this off, and Paul helped move a filing cabinet up a flight of stairs at no charge!!!! Who does that? I am going to bring Paul back to replace a thermostat soon too. I am so impressed with Paul and his work. Top notch service.

I had an issue with my electrical outlets in one of my bathrooms not having any power run through them. I checked for any tripped circuit breakers, but none were tripped. I reset all of them anyway just to see if that would work. It did not work. So I requested quotes from many electricians here on Yelp by explaining my issue and wondering how much it would cost to fix. Most of them replied back by stating how much they charged, anywhere from $100 to $250. Paul stated he would charge his minimum of $125 for labor. I then replied back asking him if he had a sense of what the issue would be. He promptly replied back that the issue could be that a GFI electrical outlet (one of those outlets that have those ""Test"" and ""Reset"" buttons) needs to be reset. I wound up pressing all the test and reset buttons on every GFI outlet in my house. That worked! I had power again running through my bathroom outlets! The culprit was a GFI outlet in a different bathroom in my house. Go figure...I guess different outlets are connected to one another in different parts of the house.

I was really appreciative of Paul's help and honesty! He could've been one of those other shady and greedy guys who wouldn't offer to help unless I paid them first, but he wasn't. He knew my problem was easy to fix and suggested a solution that I could try myself. He saved me a bunch of money!
