Ariceli was my new plumber, Juan was her assistant.
Bathroom sink was leaking. Company coming. Needed a plumber fast.
Did not want to call roto-rooter because I felt ripped off on their price twice now.
This outfit caught my eye right away because: they are an established business;
Their plumbers go all over town;
Their google ad says that they are background checked;
Add to this all the 5 star reviews.
My experience:
Making an appointment was a pleasant experience;
Texts kept me appraised of when plumber would arrive(like Uber);
The workers were experienced and proceeded to assess the problem and apply the solution in a timely and professional manner. Very competent work.
Their fees are honest and appropriate.
I am so happy to have discovered this firm and will use them again for several projects.
It made me feel so calm, relieved and happy to have a plumbing success!
