This company was quick to respond with good customer service. No complaints about the service however the prices were WAY above what they should be. Almost $1,000 to change out a toilet flange and faucet! They will get the job done, but you'll pay dearly for it.

Customer service was easy to work with when scheduling. However, the price quoted was literally more than 10X higher than any other quotes we received. We had all other quotes for less than $1,000.00 and Honey Bee quoted for more than $10,000. I called to inquire as to whether this was a mistake and was assured the price was probably correct as, """"Honey Bee's pricing is not in line with local competition."""" The owner offered to come out and look at the job to ensure the quote was correct, but cancelled the day he was due to arrive and never rescheduled. We paid $89.95 for the initial tech visit and quote, but received nothing except shock and a valuable lesson learned...To say that Honey Bee Plumbing is overpriced would be the understatement of the year.

Please read and be aware before choosing this company. I called this company to repair a shower cartridge and faucet in our rental home that was leaking. Upon arrival, the technician assessed the issue and emailed us an invoice for almost $600. We discussed the high cost with him and were informed by him that this was going to be an extensive job that would take quite some time, which is the reason for the high cost. This was further reinforced on the invoice where we were charged over $300 extra for """"specialized plumbing repair."""" We agreed and were willing to pay extra if someone was going to have to spend an extensive amount of time on repairs. The technician fixed the shower in 17 minutes including set-up and clean-up. Upon learning this, I called the office to discuss the charges. Surely anything that takes 17 minutes to complete wouldn't cost almost $600. I was offered a 10% discount bringing the total to $520. I was told on the phone that this was a good rate. I informed them that I disagreed as I spoken to three other local companies that all informed me that said job would cost under $200 in total. I asked to speak to the manager. I was informed he was out in the field working and that if I didn't pay the invoice that day that I would incur late fees. I again asked to speak to a manager, stated that I wasn't refusing to pay but rather I wanted to better understand the charges, and was informed he would call me back this morning. I paid the invoice as to not incur late fees. I never received a call back. I called on my lunch break today and was informed that the manager Robert, who they had promised would call me this morning, would call me """"when he could."""" I asked if it would be today and they were unable to tell me.

Low quality work, loud and obnoxious, left us with a leak for 2 days. Returned and did not fix the problem. Have been dealing with a leak ever since. Overcharged. Don't even think about hiring this man.

Just got a quote for replacing a leaking faucet in the kitchen for $475. They charge $69 just for coming to give an estimate. I know they use high quality products with better warranties, but almost $500 for a faucet (labor and materials included) is just insane amount of money.

I called this company last week because I had a kitchen drain that was not draining properly. We had used a snake, draino and I had a master plumber survey the situation. He told me what the issue was. I spoke with Stacey on the phone last week. She said the soonest they could get out to my property in Ft Walton beach was Tuesday between 1-3 pm. I figured that would be OK. Not like the house was having sewage back up or anything. I found this company on Home advisor and they were the first ranked company so I figured I'd give them a try. I called the office today to confirm the appoint at 12:45 pm. Stacey said that they were extremely busy and it would not be between 1-3 pm. I asked her if she know when, she said no. She had twenty people to call. But during the conversation, she elevated her voice, put """"Nasty"""" in her tone, and after she continued to talk over me, and not let me say a word, we hung up and I have canceled my appointment. I found a new company that will be meeting me there today at 4:00 pm. They have all the right equipment on their truck, and there communication is good. Stacey needs to learn phone etiquette quickly because the face and voice of a business can run in into the ground in a short time.

Fast response and on-time. Once they looked at the problem, after partial disassembly, they quoted a price that about gave my wife a heart attack. $332.00 to replace a faucet and additional $580.00 to fix a dripping faucet. They tried to push this yearly service plan onto my wife, when I told them that I was not interested and the job was too high. I asked them what the hourly rate was they said they price per the job. They got upset, then requested the $69.00 service fee and left. They refused to put the faucet back together. I'm just wondering where they come up with these prices? What a rip off be weary.
