I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company today regarding a toilet issue. Despite requesting through my home warranty provider, AHS, that Rapps (now renamed Honesty Services) never service my address again due to previous experiences with rude and prejudiced technicians, they were still assigned to my home. Today's technician falsely claimed to my warranty company that an EpiPen had fallen into my toilet--an absurd accusation considering I don't even own an EpiPen, nor did he retrieve one or any other object from my toilet. This baseless and fabricated claim demonstrates not only incompetence but also dishonesty. In my opinion, this company is both fraudulent and discriminatory. Thankfully, AHS is now sending a reputable company to replace my toilet at no charge. I strongly advise against using Honesty Services for any plumbing needs.

Still the.Same dishonest company as it was 2 years ago YOU CAN IMPROVE ON BEING HONEST as your name state!! ‼ """"2025 addition """" DO NOT USE! Had a leak from my ac unit that was in the attic, American Home shield sent them out to my home on May 3rd the technician said there was a clog in the pipe flowing from the overflow pan causing the backup and he was able to unclog it! Meanwhile the leak had caused serious damage which caused us to have to leave our home for 5 days to stay in a hotel while the restoration company dried our home out to keep mold from growing. A little over a month later, the unit is leaking again and they claim to have no record of coming to fix it the first time. I'm so frustrated ! the service request was sent to them by our home warranty company! I had to call the home warranty company back get a representative on the line and call them back 3 way so the representative could explain and provide the HVAC manager Billy with the information about the original work order that they """"claim"""" to not have records of. This was very frustrating to me! """"Why would a company operating a business in the service repair sector, not have something as important as a service request from the original repair of our unit ? The result was the home warranty had to RESEND the recall! While on 3 way, the representative Khy emailed a confirmation of the """"recall request"""" which I received while on the line with her and HVAC manager Billy. He then stated that he would have someone call back to schedule the recall visit which I thought was very inconsiderate since I'm being taken through all of these unnecessary changes! He could've extended the courtesy of pulling it up while on the phone with me and the representative and at least tried to expedite this since this is a recall from the issue not being fully repaired the first time! I've been waiting for what I consider a substantial amount of time for them to call me back to schedule for the technician to come back out! Today is Thursday and they usually take a couple of days to come and assess the issue. So this means by the time they come CALL BACK or come out, It will be a few days and the ceiling will be completely damaged! We just had the ceiling painted from the initial leak and now we're back to the drawing board! I'm not happy with the way I was treated when calling in. The audacity!! I didn't choose them, my home warranty company did. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! These companies that work with your home warranty companies DO NOT CARE about making accurate repairs or replacements when certain items break in your homes! They want YOU the customer to pay because they know certain things are expensive to repair so they do patch work then try to maneuver around fixing it properly, Like a con! It's unfortunate that companies like this use manipulation to get around not properly & honestly making the repairs. They figure out ways to document so it looks as if it's a problem that was there prior to avoid properly making the repairs!! BE AWARE of these CONNING COMPANIES! And If you read all of the reviews, it's not a coincidence that most of the negative complaints are from those of us that didn't choose this company but the home warranty sent them! Proves that they prioritize those jobs that customer pay out of pocket """" to get more money"""" and the customers that go through their home warranty companies get the WORST SERVICE and shade tree patch work intentionally! The technicians that came out to my home were very professional but they work for the company so in order to keep the job they must follow the """"process"""" The leadership team and customer service department could care less about integrity! UPDATE :Friday June 17th so """"dishonesty"""" sent a guy from """"RESPRO HE'S PART OF THE CON GAME TOO """"to """"access"""" damages,no mention of the leak at all! That they didn't bother to call back about. Just to inform me that """" it will cost a couple hundred dollars more to repair after our homeowners insurance already paid for the first repair in addition to us paying the deductible for the damages from the unit they didn't fix! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have an F rating with the BBB!! They are NOT REPUTABLE!! WARNING
