Fantastic service. We have a new bathroom installed in our basement that has had a terrible sewer smell off and on for a year. Other plumbers we've called out had no idea what to do and would just keep resetting our toilet to the floor.

The nice guys at Honesty came quickly, looked at our setup, and knew right away that the problem was actually our soaker-tub. They explained what the problem was in a clear way, and now the issue is resolved and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

This company was recommended for a bigger issue by my plumber. They came out and cleared out the main line, but said they didn't have the equipment to clear out the line to my kitchen which had sewage coming out of the washing machine drain. The guy also said he had to be on another job, and kept telling me how much he ""loved his job""....clearly showing frustration. My brother got into the crawl space that night and cleared what he could. Disgusting. I helped him by carrying the drained sewage to the upstairs toilet. It had to be done because our mom's funeral was in 2 days and I had overnight guests. Well, it clogged again after the weekend because the sewage was compacted and needed a full clean out, not a fix. It took a while, and many calls, but they finally came out again and took care of the problem, no additional charge so I was happy at that point. The following week, as discussed, they come out to put a clean out in outside my house. They butcher a tree, decide it can't be done there, and said they will call to make an appointment to put it in another spot...not ideal but in the house. They never call. I call and never get a response. Also, when they made sure that the pipe drained again, they left lots of standing water in my crawl space to attract bugs etc. They could have cleaned this up with a shop vacuum, but they didn't. They were in the space, but left all the leaked sewage water just sitting there. Now, I have to get a shop vacuum and climb in there to finish what they failed to do. I will also have to get someone else to come out and put the clean out in for me and slowly replace my main line. I won't give a 1 star because they did get the problem fixed, albeit in several trips. They also didn't charge the second time. But they left me with sewage in my crawl space, and a butchered tree, and they never responded to further calls. Honest perhaps, reliable NOT.

My kitchen faucet went, no water would come out. I was referred by someone I knew who used Honesty Plumbing. It was the best decision I made! They were customer service-oriented from the office to the technicians, honest, friendly and offered expert advice and recommendations on things that really did need attention considering I'm living in an older home. The water company who swore they shut my water off so that Honesty could complete the final step in repairs, did not turn off the main line. Due to Honesty's experts they were still able to complete the job, act fast and prevent my basement from flooding. I have found my go-to plumbers! I have referred them verbally already and will continue to do so! Thank you, Honesty Plumbing!

My Parents Condo Management Company hired them to replace a water service for my parents home. My parents are in their 80's. Live their for 20 years with no freeze ups. After Honesty Services replaced water service their pipes froze several times over the winter. Owner refuses to fix problem.
