When Robbie and Austin came out to get the cleanout pipe cleared from my kitchen to the sewer line, they discovered that the 3-inch pipe only had about 1/2 inch of clearance. How can that be, I wondered, since the house is only 62 years old and the pipe has clogged every 6-12 months since we moved here 30 years ago!

So we agreed to have them clean out the pipe and line it with epoxy. They even let me watch the procedure on their laptop computer (it was like watching my house get a colonoscopy. And did you realize that plumbers now use computers? What a world!).

The guys were professional, very personable, and quite reliable. While I don't want any more plumbing problems at my house, they will be the guys I call when the inevitable happens.

Very responsive to customer requests!! Austin and Robbie make a great team. They don't push to perform unnecessary work and they explain all the steps they offer to perform. I had drain issues that were repaired without demolition of my newly remodeled kitchen and driveway. Their epoxy coating system sure seems effective. I would hire them again if the need arises.

These guys are awesome. Their pricing, communication, and ability to do the job right is perfect. They broke away from a bigger company to start their own business a couple of years ago. You don't need to worry about calling and getting someone who is not qualified, because both of these guys are. They replaced a very heavy and difficult farmers sink in the kitchen, and also replaced two undermount sinks in our master bath. None of these jobs was easy, but the outcome is exactly what I hoped for. Thank you, Austin and Rob!

Water Heater replacement.
Our water heater was working years past the warranty. It was time to replace it before it started leaking and causing an emergency and a mess! Honestee Plumbing were the perfect choice. We had a comparison of several water tanks and the best solution for our home. It was a clean and efficient installation done within a week of our initial communication. We researched other plumbers and Honestee Plumbers were the best choice and we have piece of mind that it is the right choice. All was explained and all our questions answered. A very happy ending to our search. The service was a great install at a great price including hauling off the old and replaced with a new water heater. Fantastic job!
