Great working with Honest Sewer & Drain. Broderick was knowledgeable, skilled, helpful, and friendly when he installed a hot water recirculating pump to my water heater. Provided useful info on my water heater and how the pump would work. Did a great job in short amount of time. They had good communication in scheduling the free estimate and then calling me to schedule an earlier time for the installation when they had an opening. Good value for the work. Highly recommend and would do business with them in the future.

I used their services 4 months ago so when I noticed a had a lot of standing water in my backyard I called Dustin immediately. He was able to get someone within a couple of days. Broderick showed up on time, was kind to my old dog, was very friendly and helpful. He was able to quickly identify where the broken pipe was and fixed it quickly, and left everything clean. I felt the price was very reasonable also. They will be my go to plumber!

I don't wish I have more plumbing work to do in my home. But in case I did, I would go to Honest again.

Name says it all (Honest). Dustin is a true tradesman, who knows his job. On time and very neat! Wow all the bad things you hear about tradesman these days goes out the window with this guy! We did a master bath remodel. He had great recommendations on the products to use, which was a great help. And he has a great personality also! Give him a try. You will not be disappointed.

We had a basic/common issue with our dishwasher backing up into our sink. Dustin gave me an asap appointment. He arrived to the chaos of our home in the morning. Great job! Very polite and knowledgeable plumbers. Came on time! Fixed my outdoor waterline/valve, and even came back again, next day...when I thought there was still water leaking from somewhere else, as water in hole not drying out as quickly for hot day as I thought it should have, they checked out and reassured me all looks okay. All is dry now. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again.

They did a bathroom fixtures install for me after I had to ask another contractor to leave due to shoddy workmanship. They were very customer-service oriented, asked questions about what I wanted, and most importantly, did a great job correcting things done wrong by the prior contractor (e.g. *used* black iron gas pipes had been installed for my tub filler pipes... that still smelled of gas!)

I feel confident now that it's done right and I don't have to worry about problems arising in the future. I also appreciated their attention to detail -- e.g., ensuring the legs on my cast iron free standing tub were shimmed properly, level, and looked good. And they were SUPER careful not to harm my brand new tub when they moved it into the bathroom, even though it weighed over 300lb. They even attached foam to the bottom edge in case they needed to set it down, etc.

I also appreciated their willingness to work around me as I was last-minute finishing things left undone by the departed contrator, like caulking behind where the tub would go. I know that's super annoying but they were extremely nice about it.

They really cared to do a good job, and make sure I was happy with the results. Would definitely use again. Thank you so much!

Brodrick was super nice and even said hello to our crazy pup. Very professional and fixed our sink. He showed us what the original assembly was and what he had done. We will definitely call honest sewer and drain back for future plumbing fixes.
