I texted on a Sunday and received a response back quickly with an appt for Tues morning for a non-urgent issue. Broderick called in advance to confirm his arrival time and was on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and careful with his repairs. We originally called because our hose bib attached to the main line pipe was dripping. Broderick gave us a quote to repair the drip issue, but also explained the benefits of replacing the entire section of piping and replacing/updating the shut off valves. There was NO high pressure or scare tactic sales pitch used. We agreed and he replaced a 25 yr old water main turn off and replaced it with a 1/4 turn valve. He even offered to paint it for us since our old piping was painted to match our house! (We declined, but appreciated his offer and attention to those small details!) I immediately put Honest Sewer and Drain in my contacts because they will definitely be the first plumbing company I call when needed in the future!

Dustin came to my home to inspect and snake a vet old exterior storm drain as I thought it was not draining correctly.
After seeing the drain, troubleshooting and scoping it with a camera, he explained that it was working as intended and explained how it works.

I was expecting a charge for his time and effort but he explained that diagnosis was free and didn't charge me at all! Definitely my new plumber moving forward!

Super timely, responsive, and friendly. My house inspection report said my sewer line needed to be cleaned out due to a tree root, so I contacted Honest for a second opinion. Turns out, the line looks great and doesn't need any work. Dustin showed me the video feed and gave me a little sewer 101 tutorial, which was much appreciated. Especially because the visit was completely free of charge. If I ever need services in the future, I'm calling these guys.

Broderick is the man. Was able to come early. Did his best to locate the problem without cutting into our walls. Discussed with us the type of problems that may be occurring. Notified us of his findings and possible concerns. Located the problem and gave us a fair quote for fix and quickly fixed the issue and cleaned up afterwards. Was also able to give us another estimate on another project too. He was very friendly, very courteous, very helpful and considerate and extremely skilled in his line of work.

I found Honest Sewer & Drain on Yelp while searching for a gas plumber to fix a leaky stop valve behind my stove. After researching several companies, I decided to call and schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Broderick arrived very timely and was very friendly and professional. He provided us with a very fair estimate for the job and was great at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions we had about the issue with the gas valve. He is so knowledgeable and thorough which gave us peace of mind knowing that the repair had been skillfully completed. I would not hesitate to call them for service again. Broderick was even so kind as to re-light our water heater pilot light after turning our gas main valve back on. Broderick's level of service and concern for our issue deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion! Top job Broderick!!
