Dustin came out to look at a circular valve connected to the main water shut off that I thought wasn't working. Long story short, I just didn't turn the valve on all the way . He was very nice about it and didn't even charge me for their time. Will recommend them to my neighbors!

I requested a service through YELP for a trenchless sewer liner and maintenance service for a tankless water heater for a property in the Elmhurst area of Sacramento. I got a quick response through YELP notification messages from this company. The plumber did a camera inspection of the line and called me to describe his findings in the cast iron sewer pipe under the house. I still asked for an estimate even though there were no damage or blockage, but to plan for deferred maintenance on an old house. The company emailed me the project description in a couple of days. I appreciate the quick communication with the company through email and text messages since I do not live close to Sacramento. There were always immediate replies to my questions or inquiries for clarification of the processes or materials. I especially appreciate the professional and responsive communication from Dustin.
I definitely would call again to do the tankless water heater annual maintenance.

When we bought our 60-year-old home in South Land Park, we knew the sewer pipes needed some work, but three years later it became an urgent matter. Dustin and his team were speedy, efficient, and professional, hydro jetting out several decades of buildup. Noting that the pipes were thinning, we took their recommendation to run a trenchless liner to reinforce the pipes from within. Since we are on a slab foundation, we knew this was sensible preventative maintenance. Dustin went the extra mile, adding a new access point and addressing obstacles as they encountered them. Now, we can rest easy knowing our sewer pipes should last decades longer.

I highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. Our kitchen sink faucet was leaking very badly. We called Honest Sewer & Drain and left a voicemail. Dustin got back to us quickly. He asked for some pictures of the water shutoffs and the faucet so he could give us a quote. We got the quote and scheduled the appointment to replace the faucet with one that we purchased. Dustin called prior to the appointment and arrived on time. He replaced the leaking faucet and replaced it in about an hour. The new faucet worked fine. The charge was as he quoted on the phone. After Dustin left we notice the left end of the faucet plate was slightly off the sink. We sent pictures of the issue. I was calling Dustin and he was already at our front door. He explained that the design of the new faucet did not allow it to be secured tight enough on each end. Dustin suggested putting silicon around the faucet plate to prevent water from leaking down into the sink cabinet. He did this without any additional charge to us. We are very satisfied with the installation.

Dustin came out and gave me a free diagnosis on water leaking behind the garage wall and on a faucet that wasn't working properly. This is after he crawled underneath the house to check things out. Fortunately, he didn't think there was any major concern (ie. broken pipe) and gave me options on how to fix.
