I found Honest Sewer & Drain on Yelp and decided to contact them about issues we were having with our toilets. We had slow flushes with excess water. I contacted them through Yelp messaging and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response expeditiously! Within 10 minutes. A staff member came out within days to come take a look. Matt came to our house, looked at our toilets and was able to explain what our issues were and provided us with a detailed explanation on what he would have to do, along with a quote. Matt was extremely transparent about everything, very communicative, and friendly. I also appreciated that he put shoe covers on before entering the house.

Unbeknownst to us, our toilets were over 30 years and we needed new ones that were more efficient. Matt completed the replacements in a few hours and was easy to work with.

I would definitely highly recommend this company. I appreciate their thoroughness, honesty and professionalism!

I highly recommend Honest for any of your plumbing needs. Dustin and his crew are very responsive, professional and went above and beyond for our bathroom issues (leaking sink, updating DYI plumbing, install of a new vanity and Toto toilet.) They are extremely knowledgable, honest and just overall very nice humans. We had one tiny issue after they left, that they came out to fix quickly and without hassle. They will be the first and only people we call, should we have any other plumbing issues.

True to their name they did honest hard work at a fair price...other contractors had bid 10,000's more to solve a problem that they took care of promptly and went over and above what they were originally contracted to do at no extra charges....that is what I call honest.

I requested a quote for a trenchless sewer repair and clean out installation. Dustin as able to give me a quote within a day and had the work completed within 4 working days. (The sewer was working from a recent emergency snake session so it was not an emergency). His quote was reasonable and the work timely and honest. I will can them again if I have other plumbing needs!

I was looking around for someone to come and check out if the house needs any repair and most importantly whether the house has a kitec pipe. I can't believe Dustin, the owner, sent out a technician free of charge and even wrote me a report. I cannot express how thankful I am for them to do that. Not that I wish there's any repair needing attention, but this would be my go to company for any future plumbing related needs.

Dustin and Jake did an amazing job unclogging a bathtub drain that two previous plumbers couldn't clear. They were able to show up the same day, immediately looked at the issue and figured it out in less than an hour.

They were upfront about the pricing and provided solid advice for the future. I'd definitely pick them for any drain issues as they clearly know something others do not.
