I had a clogged up sink and Aaron came out to fix it. He was courteous and respectful and told me in advance what it would cost to snake it out. He actually had to do some grunt work cause it was clogged really bad. He taught me some things to do to keep the drain clear. I'm so happy i can use that sink again.

I have used Honest Plumbing for a while now and they are excellent. During this Stay at Home order due to Covid19, I was in need of a plumber so I called Honest Plumbing, received no answer or reply from my voice message. They just called me and advised me that they were also part of the lock down but they are back in service and they are here to serve .... I AM SOOOOO HAPPY. They have always called to confirm and also called when they were in route to my place. Great service and very professional.

Steer clear. Calls go unreturned, texts go unreturned, emails the same. Honest plumbing, yes they honestly can't do a bloody thing right. Literally anyone else is better.

I called them to make an estimate on a plumbing job at a dog daycare. I made an appointment. Nobody called to confirm the appointment so on the day of the appointment I had to call to confirm. The one plumber came in on time, but seemed like he couldn't understand what I needed done. He took some measurements by memory and some pics. He said he would call within a few days, he didn't. A week later I called for the estimate and was told he was away for the weekend and that they would call me on Monday. Monday came and I ended up calling, no answer. They called back and I missed the call so they texted me saying he couldn't do the job because they didn't have enough man power. Waist of time. Go somewhere else.

They came in and installed a new garbage disposal for me. Very reasonably priced. 2 months later the disposal blocked up and stopped working. They came out and fixed at no cost to me. Very impressed with the customer service and it's nice for a company to live up to its name. I highly recommend.

Beware of this contractor. Aaron scheduled a project to work on our bath remodel. Due to issues with other contractors and timelines, we had to reschedule until we had all materials on-site. With more than 2 months advanced notice and on the day of the scheduled work, which was confirmed the week and day prior, Mr. Aaron decided to not show up. He never called and then sent us an email stating he didn't have the manpower to do the job even after confirming twice. Earlier this week, all the tile, tub, and hardware was removed taking the shower room to the studs and shower pan liner. By the time we find a new contractor, redo pulling permits, and try to fit into our busy work schedule, it will be another few months before we can get to it. There is nothing honest about this company. They have no integrity and they are not professionals. All they had to was tell us a few days prior and just maybe, we could've found a suitable replacement.
