They came in and installed a new garbage disposal for me. Very reasonably priced. 2 months later the disposal blocked up and stopped working. They came out and fixed at no cost to me. Very impressed with the customer service and it's nice for a company to live up to its name. I highly recommend.

Beware of this contractor. Aaron scheduled a project to work on our bath remodel. Due to issues with other contractors and timelines, we had to reschedule until we had all materials on-site. With more than 2 months advanced notice and on the day of the scheduled work, which was confirmed the week and day prior, Mr. Aaron decided to not show up. He never called and then sent us an email stating he didn't have the manpower to do the job even after confirming twice. Earlier this week, all the tile, tub, and hardware was removed taking the shower room to the studs and shower pan liner. By the time we find a new contractor, redo pulling permits, and try to fit into our busy work schedule, it will be another few months before we can get to it. There is nothing honest about this company. They have no integrity and they are not professionals. All they had to was tell us a few days prior and just maybe, we could've found a suitable replacement.

I live in a 58-year-old condo building with its original plumbing. I developed a leaky shower faucet and contacted another plumber to give me a quote. They wanted to tear out the wall and replace the pipes, saying that was the only way to stop the drip, drip, drip. Their estimate was approximately $1500! I saw an ad for Honest Plumbing in a local periodical and contacted them for a second opinion/quote. I made an appointment for the following day. Darrel called me the day of my appointment to see if he could come by earlier. I thought he was just going to give me a quote/estimate but asked if I wanted him to do the repair that very day. That was fine by me as I wanted this leak fixed ASAP. He removed the three handles controlling the water, sized up the necessary replacement parts, went to the supply store, returned an hour later and replaced the valves. The whole job took about 2.5 hours (including his trip to the supply store) and cost $300. My only criticism is that the plumber didn't clean up after himself, leaving dirty/damp rags (which I supplied) on the floor and not cleaning up the dirt and rusty bits that gathered from his scraping the valve holes in the wall that had fallen into the tub. But, overall, I think this company lives up to its name - Honest Plumbing - and would heartily recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE! Honest Plumbing is ANYTHING but honest. Less than one year ago, plumbing was repaired, it is now a problem. Darrel came back to service and quoted a price of $130.00. They then increased it $5.00 for credit card use, never putting me on notice, and not honoring the warranty. HONEST PLUMBING is anything BUT HONEST. Go elsewhere for a real honest plumber!

Aaron Tabor the owner of Honest Plumbing, did a wonderful job replacing a valve that was leaking into the wall in my bathroom. Is the only one that could show of the plumbers I talk to proof he was licensed certified and insured. Which is important because I live in a condo which requires documentation of contractors. He was extremely personable and pleasant to be around! Genuine nice guy!‍‍

This company was referred by a Home Inspector. They ripped me off. I called and scheduled an appointment and they did not show OR call. RED FLAG. Scheduled the second call and they came. I had 2 issues. Leak under my washer machine and flooding under my sink and dishwasher. The guy snaked my drain to the washer and charged me $350. The second issue he looked at, said it would cost $750 and he would send me a quote via email. Then start the job 2 days later. He never came and they then would not answer my calls or texts. Stay away from HONEST PLUMBING! Not HONEST at all!
