ATTENTION:Just want to write a feedback on the recent experience we have with this company. If you're looking for an honest company with good service and right price, this is NOT the company you're looking for. We just recently use this company to pump our septic tank as it started to overflow. First they charged us $490 which is not what I heard over the phone as it was really not clear, but paid it anyway and did not argue with that. But with that price , the service is not even worth what you have paid for.. they only pump our septic for less than what it supposed to be, did not pump all the way down and we have to tell them to pump out the water from it .. and hesitant to do it as well.. and told him that our toilet is clogged and he went to get his snake and told us additional $180 to snake it .. I said that I don't have budget for that so I did not let him do the snaking..after he pumped our septic, days later is was starting to smell and the guy who used to pump our septic tank was in our neighbor and checked for us and were told that it was not pump all the way and still need to be pumped.. we have used this guy before already and only charged us for $325 and pumped our septic for an hour and make sure leaving it empty.. however he was out of town so we end up calling Honest plumbing and we did regret calling them to do our septic tank this time.. and also we have called another company for snaking and charge us only $95 versus $180 from this Honest company.
Due to the fact that it was not pump all the way and smelling, we called this company , told our complaint about the smell and not emptying our tank as they did not pump it all the way and the owner even argue and telling my husband full of sh**.. we tell him we don't need refund but repump our septic the way it should be.. then he promise to show up on a Monday after the call but never did.. called again many times during that week and it really getting into our nerves and told them that I will report to BBB and we got call back and promise to come at the house the following week of Tuesday .. so my husband called off from work but did not show up on time promised which is 7 to 8 am.. so we ended calling again, following up and 2pm passed and still no show from them and called back and left messages .. later after , they send someone to repump while we're not home anymore and the guy sent was asking for another $150 and asking my daughter to sign it but she didn't .. I can't imagine how they do that to people who just want to have the right service for your hard earned money .. so after these things we go through with them, I'm sorry to say NEVER again to use this company . Hope it won't happen to anyone when you use this company but just be mindful to research first to you won't end up regretting at all.. but in my own opinion and experience with them for the first time, I would NOT really recommend them and won't USE them at all. There are other companies out there which I believe is far better in their service and in price who are actually good and honest people..
By the way, by giving the true version of our comments , the owner called and threatened my husband to see his lawyer for writing negative review on them . Hope this give lesson and awareness to everyone so you won't experience this things.

Not so honest!! I called on Saturday to have them come out to check out the septic tanks on our rental property as they needed to be cleaned. I was told they would try to come out but ended up not. We set up an appointment for today between 8:30 and 9 am. When no one came by 9:15 I called only to be told ""I am with a customer I'll call you back in 5 minutes."" It's now over an hour later and my call hasn't been returned. I had to go into work late to make sure I was at there at the appointed time to meet someone. That someone never showed up nor returned my call. NOT HONEST!

My wife and I just bought our first home. We were daunted by repairing our sewer line, but Ben Garcia did an amazing job helping us!

Ben and his crew were fantastic! They honestly assessed the problem with our sewer line, quoted a great price, and did amazing work very quickly. They were careful to maintain our landscaping while digging, and they cleaned up everything beautifully. Great service, very happy with everything!

We have been through hell and back with these jokers. We had a leak under the house. These jokers came out and insisted on doing the job when I wanted to call SERVPRO instead. I went with them only because they were the only ones available to come right away. Yes, they come in at a very low and attractive price to get you to sign and do the work. But that's where Ben and his wife (especially his wife) play their he said she said game with you. Ben is the one on site and comes across as very nice and easy going, but that is just an act to get you to feel as though he is willing to do anything to take care of you. I attempted almost 2 dozen times to clarify and resolve this with his wife. She will ignore your calls and if you do mange to catch her, she'll tell you she's busy and will get back to you when she has a chance. She never will. A year later, we put our house up for sale and found out she had put a lien on the house, which I was ok with. The problem was that it was for a totally different amount than what Ben her husband had quoted me on paper. That's where it got even uglier. I wanted it all behind me and was willing to pay the alternate amount but that wasn't good enough for Ben and his wife. They wanted me to take down my original bad review. Which I did or they wouldn't remove the lien. That wasn't good enough either. Now they wanted me to write a good review. These F****n people were crazy. I am writing this review to make everyone aware of who these people really are and to not ever trust any company with the word ""Honest"" in it. It is my right to inform other consumers of my horrible experience with these jokers. By the way, it is illegal for any company to demand or threaten you to take down your review of that company.

Ben literally saved our lives. We were on a super old and poorly installed septic system and got quoted at over $100k to switch to sewer. Why? Because the city wanted us to extend the mainline in case our neighbors ever wanted to switch. Thanks, city. Obviously, we couldn't afford anything NEAR that amount.

About to give up and live our lives with this awful septic system, Ben swooped in and heard us out. He asked us to give him a day to talk to the city, and we did. A day later, he came back with the green light from the city to just connect to the sewer system that was about 13 feet away from our property. No other company was able to get the city to OK this.

We signed a contract for a FRACTION of what every other company quoted us at, and he got the job done fast. He also filled our septic system with slurry and closed it off permanently.

Throughout the whole process, Ben was communicative and friendly and professional.

My fiancé and I cannot recommend Honest highly enough. Thank you, Ben. You really saved us, and we're forever grateful.

I had a plumbing disaster strike on Christmas Day. Needless to say, this was a stressful time for it . But Honest Plumbing went out there the very next day, and didn't leave until the situation was handled. It turned out to be far more complicated than initially thought, with more things wrong emerging as they cleared one clog. But they kept communicating with me, and didn't leave until the job was finished. They were also willing to negotiate on the price with me, which I so appreciated during the expensive holiday season. They really went above and beyond. And did it so promptly. Thanks, Honest Plumbing. I hope I don't need you for a long time to come, but I'll call you when I do!

I needed a full replacement of my sewage line to the street and I called several companies...when Ben came and met me from Honest he was super nice, straight up and I chose him. His crew came and knocked it out, replaced my lawn and everything. Truly the best experience ever! So happy I used them!
