Hello,

The technician showed up on time, and he said he would send a estimate later, he didn't provide the estimate, I have to follow up twice with him, the second time he responded and he said he was in Mexico and he would refer someone else but he didn't. We come to find out he actually works for a different landscape company but he goes and does business during the time he gets paid for that company.

Requested quotes from multiple business and Donnie was the only one that communicated with me consistently. I asked for a quote on replacing irrigation pressure regulator and also a filter. He asked me to take pictures of the old one and gave me a quick assessment by just looking at the photos. I felt his price was reasonable and he come out on a Sunday afternoon to replace the irrigation part. Very nice and honest guy that only recommends what needed to be fix without charging the extras that other companies may charge.
