Honest Care is a company you can trust and know the job will get done. Even more so is the willingness to come to my rescue when I needed them. It was Saturday morning and I woke up to a still very clogged kitchen sink. The issue started the night before but we tried the Drano thing first and let it soak over night.........nada! I tried a couple of other companies that were close by before finding Honest Care. They either were charging a hefty price to just come out and give a quote and/or they were not available until the following week. Honest Care is about 45 miles away but that wasn't an issue for them to come to my house. I was given a certain time that Kirby would be out and he didn't let me down nor his job performance. I can't recommend Honest Care enough; they do live up to their name. They are honest, fast, friendly and reasonable.

I had just brought my husband home from the hospital and discovered a clogged toilet. Kirby said he would be at our house at noon and he was right on time. He solved the problem, went out and bought the needed pieces to repair the toilet and completed the job in record time. He is so pleasant and cheerful and was a pleasure to have in our home. I called Honest Care to replace a faulty toilet supply line valve, and he came within an hour of my call, diagnosed what he needed to repair, and was done with the job quickly and at moderate cost. I would highly recommend!

Honest Care (HC) was one of several I considered for a job. Although I decided to use a plumber in the area with whom I worked with prior, I appreciated the immediate and curteous communications (call and text) from HC. Honest Care were recommended via Home Advisor and had a 4.9/5 rating. I also appreciated how they were prepared to come to my home despite me being almost 30 miles away. Great customer service is such a premium. I'm keeping them on my service list just in case.;)

I've had Mr. Brooks out to our facility several times, and every time the work has been exemplary. Always prompt and professional. Most importantly, the job is always done right with a high attention to detail. He's done several toilet repairs and several other miscellaneous things and it's always done perfectly. We never hesitate to call him when we need any plumbing done at work, and when the time comes, he'll definitely be the first one I call for plumbing repairs at my home. 5 Stars all the way!
