They arrived actually earlier than stated and were great. Solved our problem professionally. The plumber was professional and very nice to deal with. I felt confident in his work, and that is rare these days. I would call them on any future work to be accomplished and be confident that the work would be done the right way and in an excellent manner. You get value for your money and don't feel ripped off after the job.

I had a leak. They agreed to do the work after quoting. The work was completed or so we thought. The initial problem was addressed with a loose bolt. If you are wondering how I know, the leak came back. For the leak to come back, it took a while to manifest itself. The new technician came out completed the work that the last technician did not do. The technicians were from the same company. Apparently, the job was not fixed as we thought initially. There was no way for a paying customer to know. We relied on a professional to do their job. Additional damage was caused. Hopefl\ully the problem is resolved now.

I've been using Honest air-conditioning for many many years and I'm very happy with the quality of their work! Recently, I had a plumbing problem and remembered that Honest Air had added Plumbing to the repertoire, so I called them after having had no luck with other companies. They came in a very timely manner and did a lovely job! They fixed the problem and left my plumbing in better condition than it was before! I would highly recommend!

I'm happy to give my highest recommendation for Honest Air. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. James immediately identified the problem and fixed it for a very fair price late on a Friday afternoon going into a very hot Texas weekend. Some service companies do everything they can to run up the fee. That was not the case with James. I was very happy writing him a check. We're considering paying for their annual service. Again, I highly recommend them.

We've had Honest Air technicians out to our home a few times for air conditioning and plumbing, and they're always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We called for service for a kitchen sink clog, and a plumber was dispatched the same morning. Nick was polite and friendly, cleared the clog quickly, and even checked our water heater when he noticed it took a long time for hot water to reach the kitchen. My folks' AC unit went out. They called the company they'd contracted with for maintenance and that company said the compressor was dead. As the unit was 16 years old, they recommended getting a new unit instead of repairing the existing one. Since it is a large expense we always get multiple quotes of companies with great ratings so we understand the market.

Ray with Honest AC & Plumbing was the fourth company to come out and give us a proposal. Ray is both an expert in HVAC and a man with integrity. I can tell that because when he looked at my folk's HVAC system, he noted while old, the system was top of the line. His expert sense kicked off and he asked if he could examine the system to understand why and where it had failed. He got his tools and quickly determined that the compressor was fine and was only not working because a safety valve protecting it from overheating had flipped. He reset the valve, tested the rest of the components, put everything back together and would not take payment for what ended up being a service visit as opposed to a sales visit.

The team of Doug and Brandon came out on short notice (less than 24 hours) to provide a quote for replacing my hot water heater. I have an older water heater, and was not sure if it was the cause of some recent developments/problems in my home.

I messaged Honest AC&P through Yelp to request an estimate and they responded within a couple of hours. Ray came out the next day and was very helpful and thorough. I had initially expected to replace all the ducts in my 2-story house due to mold, but Ray actually DIDN'T try to oversell me and said they could be cleaned rather than replaced. I still opted to replace the attic ducts and Ray also worked with me to arrange the installation of an air purification system to help prevent future mold issues for a reasonable price. Installers came out about 5 days later (MY schedule prevented them from coming sooner) and they were done within the day. They were very respectful and professional and took care to protect our home around their work areas. Their duct cleaning was very thorough using the proper equipment and disinfectant (i.e. not a flex-brush on a cordless drill.) The pricing they offered beat two other companies I received quotes from and their service was prompt and professional. I will absolutely return to this company for any future HVAC needs.
