New heat pump unit installed in February 2019 - failed twice since then (Sep and Oct) - now Abe won't honor his 10 year warranty for which I also paid a premium for Presidential Preference or something - service is so bad that he had his answering service pass along the message to me - no integrity - buyer beware. ""Honest"" doesn't mean the same thing to him as it might to you.
