Our kitchen sink got clogged up right before Christmas. Dakota came out yesterday and spent some good time trying to snake it out but it was just so clogged up with black sludge because the waste pipe is old cast iron. He came back the next day with his higher up Shane to over look because the snake wasn't getting passed the sludge. I just wanna say these two gentlemen are very polite and knowledgeable. They take their time and do the job right. I would definitely recommend Dakota and Shane.

I called for an inspection because I had a leak in my garage ceiling. Dakota D was the tech who came out to inspect my home. He was very patient and thorough and knowledgeable and he fully inspected my house to try to find the source of the leak. He was courteous and helpful and made me comfortable.

This was the most frustrating experience I've had with a plumber, and I would not recommend them. I chose to go with them because they had excellent reviews and were very responsive in scheduling an appointment. They were supposed to come out on a Friday at 9AM, which was then postponed until 11AM (one of their techs called out, ok, I get it) but then it kept being pushed back further of an estimate around 12:30 (which my tenant was no longer able to do). The appointment was moved to the following Monday at 12PM. They kept delaying and did not show up until after 4PM. My tenant skipped class just waiting for these guys to show up -- we were almost going to give up. Once they arrived, I thought everything would finally be all fine and dandy. We needed a hot water adjustment (which was a simple adjustment in the past by a previous plumber) and a check of any leaks as our neighbor complained of (+) mushrooms on their side of the wall and a higher water bill. The technician said they could not adjust the hot water valve as it was installed wrong and we would have to purchase a new one (they would send me options and have to return for another visit). They also said we needed to have our walls checked by another company (PRC) before they could check for any leaks. The visit was disappointing in that we wasted all this time waiting for them to show up (which was frustrating on both ends as a home owner and as a tenant) and in the end NOTHING was fixed/solved. The technician said he would send the valve options via email within 15 minutes of the appointment. I found myself waiting around again and it finally came the following morning after 10AM. I was following their recommendations by picking out my new valve and calling PRC as they had suggested when I decided to get a second opinion. Another plumber came out, came on time, adjusted our hot water in 10 min, checked for leaks, told us we had no leaks and went on their way. Needless to say, it's very difficult for me to trust this company, and I would not utilize them again for future services.

I found home ex via yelp and sent them a message to get a quote. Received a really quick reply and their appointment setter reached out to me via phone. I set an appointment for the following day at 1 PM and then got a call on the day of the appointment that they could come sooner. Dakota and Cody showed up and we're very polite and pleasant. They assessed the problem and give us a quote right away. On the phone I was quoted $88 with a clean out, and without a clean out it was $165. They got to work and quickly unclogged the toilet that was sitting stuck for 4 days in about 10-15 minutes. Very easy process and excellent service. So glad that I found you!

Cesar did a great job on our plugged up bathtub. It ended up having a toy stuck and wasn't able to get it out with the snake. He ended up having to replace the piping and although it wasn't ideal for us money wise, it was worth it. Our bathtub is draining quickly now.

We called them in for a kitchen sink backup. They roto-rootered and it still backed up. They finally couldn't roto any more, they hit a big blockage down aways. Then we agreed to high pressure. That solved the kitchen back up but not the big problem down farther. Finally it was determined that a tree root had grown through the main sewer connection under our front yard. We had this fixed about 11 years ago for the Second Time. So after discussing everything about our 60 year old drainage in the house, we agreed to epoxy the line from the kitchen to the main line and dig up the front yard to get to the tree root and fix that problem with new technology. It took three days for all of this to happen. They took another day to put back all the dirt and stones (we don't have a lawn). Everything works now and hopefully it will be decades before anything else goes wrong. I'm also trying to get the Rossmoor arborist to remove the magnolia tree which has cost us about $30K over thirty years in sewer damages. Everything works and everything was cleaned up.

Near perfect review. Response and continously communication is a huge plus. Got text or calls, any updates on time were always done to keep me informed. Techs were mask and boot covers super clean. Thhey did a garbage disposal removal and replacement. Tech Ismael was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain product and answered question to ensure I felt comfortable with what product I was getting. No up sale on something that was not truly needed. I appreciated that he even told me ""Are your valves older yes, but they are still working, no need to replace them just to replace them for newer ones"" as a first time home owner that right there ensured that when I need work done I will be calling them back. Because he could have sold me on something that was not needed just to make a sale.

Front office folks thank you for checking up ensuring my experience was acceptable and even asked what could have been done to make it better. After the work was done and they had their payment, still cared to double check.

Highly recommend have them come out. They do charge an consolation fee however it goes towards the cost or the job if you choose to move forward with them.
