I was referred to HomeX and after an original visit that I was dissatisfied with, the owner, Juan, called me personally to see what went wrong and how to make things better.

I think it's important to note here that the original concern I had was based on communication and not actual work completed. After Juan contacted me (I was surprised and did not expect that) it became clear to me that it was a communication thing and he stood by his work and his people and would be following up with his team to prevent issues down the road - this is awesome because I would hate to have a complaint adversely affect someone in the long run, and I really felt that Juan took it as an opportunity to improve services all around. He did a great job of making me feel heard.

The team (Shane and Victor) who came back to fix our pipes were timely, communicative, and helpful and I would definitely recommend HomeX and use them again. Outside of the actual home visit their process of booking an appointment was super easy and the person who answers their phone and books appointments was also friendly and helpful. They also text and call to let you know that someone is on the way - no more waiting and not knowing when the plumber will show! I wish more businesses were this attentive!

We were having plumbing issues with toilets not flushing. We were able to clear it out, but the problem continued. HomeX was referred by looking up local plumbing companies using Home Advisor. After completing the search, Homex customer service were the first one's to call and their customer service was great and professional. With no urgent matter at hand, we were able to get an appointment before Christmas Eve. Customer service was great when notifying us when the technician was on his way and calling us after the work was done. Shane arrived and immediately evaluated the problem and gave us several options that worked with our financial situation. Both Niko and Shane were professional and got the job done. THANK YOU Henry for your GREAT work on fixing my leaky water heater! I found HomeX Plumbing from Google search for my leaking water heater. I was able to make an appointment right away and Henry showed up on time. He was very polite and professional and explained to me thoroughly about every options to fix the water heater. Called HomeX for a slow water main leak. Marilyn gave me a price range of $185-$275, and I scheduled them to come out on Monday.

Ismael and Victor showed up on time and went right to work. They were both very pleasant and professional. Ismael explained what he was doing and invited me to inspect the condition of the old copper pipe. He also made a recommendation for future replacement of the pipe. They were done in about an hour, and I had running water again! Good work guys!

Found HomeX on Google and had a competitive clogged drain price. Shane came by. I did my due diligence and isolated the clog between the kitchen sink and the clean out valve. Shane tried to snake it from the clean out valve, but could tell he wasn't trying to clean out in the area I thought the clog was, and was snaking it deeper into the house. He ended up calling another plumber who when under the house and told me all the drainage problems my house had. I know I have an older house and the drainage was a bit older, but I asked specifically to unclog a drain in my kitchen sink. They quoted me close to $8,000 to redo all my drainage under the house, or over $3,500 to replace the section between the sink drain and the clean out valve. I said no thank you and they left (at least they didn't charge me anything since the drain was still clogged.)

I ended up getting a snake, going through the clean out valve towards the kitchen sink drain, and unclogging the drain in about 30 minutes. The drainage works great now, and even fixed a small drip in the u-trap at the same time (for which they told me they couldn't guarantee any work because of.) It was frustrating, because it didn't seem they had any intention of fixing the drain, but just up-selling me on more work. Don't know if it was intentional, but either they were incompetent or dishonest. It was unfortunate, because the person who answered the phone was very nice. Will not use again.

My wife found Homex through Angie's list. They called within minutes and set up a visit the next day as I requested. Shane came to my house, took his time going through all of my concerns and answering my questions. We agreed on the work, he performed it quickly to a high standard. Great service from Shane!
