These guys are great. The runoff from our washing machine was backing up on a Saturday and they came out within a couple hours. After some investigation, it turned out it was the main line that was backed up because of tree roots getting into the pipes. Hometown cleared out all the roots and we even got to send a camera down to make sure all was good which was fun to watch! It ended up being a bigger job than what I called them for but they took the extra time to get it done and make sure it was done right. The best part was the bill which I would have expected to have been much higher for weekend service but it was very reasonable. I will definitely call Hometown Sewer and Drain again the next time I have a drain issue.
