On Monday afternoon, I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at a slow leak I have in my incoming water line. We scheduled it for Wednesday morning 9-11 AM. Wednesday comes around and they call, asking if they can go to an emergency up in Taft assuring me that he will be back by 11:30 AM or 12:00. I agree and wait around. At 12:30, after having received no phone call, I head to work. I receive a call at 12:45 from the plumber saying that he's on his way. I tell him that that i'm going to work then ask if they are open on Saturdays because I work all week and had to take time off today to get them to fix the problem. He says they are open and I say great and I tell him I'd like them to come out Saturday morning to look at it. I assumed that was all I needed to do. Saturday at 9:00 am I call the main number to see when they will be coming to look at it, and they have no record of an appointment for me. They take my information down again and a few minutes later, the only plumber working that day calls me. He says he can be there at noon. I say fine. Around 10:45 AM I go shopping. My kids call me about 5 minutes later saying the plumber is at the house. I received no call this time that they were going to come by early. When I return home after turning around, he gives me an estimate of $450 for an hour of work. At this point, i'm so tired of the company I agree to it. They replaced the incoming line water valve and I pay the man. I am done with this company. You would think that they would do something to stay on my good side, but it's like the business doesn't care. People will have problems and they will get calls. 2 missed appointments on a day that I took time away from work and then they don't even reschedule the appointment.

I was in a bind with no help from my property managers. So I called Hometown plumbing and they came to my rescue. Claudio did his job efficiently. Fixed the thermal coupler to my water heater. Can't take cold showers in the winter! They fixed the problem!

My wife had a clogged main drain line under our house. The technician came to the house and ran the plumbing snake thru the roof air vent line and said the line was clear but that our septic tank needed to be pumped out (-$185). She called and had the septic tank pumped (-$500), The pumper said the tank was only half full. The same line backed up again two days later, and Hometown Plumbing came out again and unplugged the line all the way this time. The side drain line from the bathtub was plugged also but the technician could not unplug the line and said it would cost me (-$98) more dollars for him to go under the house to inspect the line. I would not recommend Hometown Plumbing for any plumbing work due to their lack of plumbing knowledge and unprofessional customer service.

I just hired these guys because i was having a hot water leak coming from under the slab in the kitchen. they located the leak very quickly and also inspected the other supply pipes and discovered that not only was the hot water leaking they also discovered that the cold pipes were leaking. after talking with Tim we decided to perform a particle re piping of the hot and cold supply, and Tim was very professional. they took the time to cover our belongs. they abandoned all of the supply pipes under the slab and installed aqua pex in the atic. I could not be anymore happy and will be hiring this company to complete the re piping of the remainder of the house after the new year, I am also going to have them move the hot water heater from the middle of the house to a better location as advice from Tim.

Contacted their service for repairs to old bathroom components; when they arrived, service was courteous, complete and reasonably priced. I am thankful for the quality of work they performed. Great job!

I had a major septic system backup last week, and I called Hometown Plumbing because of the ratings on Yelp. They came out the same day, expertly diagnosed the problem, and had my septic tank cleaned out as well as cleared the main line into the house. As the tank was deep, they installed a riser to make a repeat pumping job easier. Stephen, the owner gave me maintenance tips, and patiently explained the bill and job done when we had questions. I had a plumber friend of mine review the bill, and he said that it was appropriate for the work done. I would recommend Hometown Plumbing for their expertise, timeliness, reasonable fees, and willingness to go the extra mile for customer service. From now on, I'm going to have them pump my tank every 3-5 years and avoid the kind of disaster that I had this time!

Just called Hometown Plumbing again for a leaky bathtub faucet. The guys arrived within the allotted time, they were friendly and got right to the bottom of the issue. They had to run out for some parts but were back real quick and my leaky faucet was fixed in no time. So glad I called!

The hot water in my guest bathroom shower wasn't getting hot and the in-laws were coming in a couple weeks. I called Hometown Plumbing on Friday to have someone come on Monday to fix the problem I was having. Just as planned, the repairman came on time and repaired my shower in no time at all. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend Hometown Plumbing to anyone, and I will use their service if I have any more problems.
