Came home from work, no hot water, basement flooded. I called and Gonzalo was here within half an hour. He cleared out as much water as he could and fixed the problem. Professional, honest, and would definitely recommend Hometown and especially Gonzalo!

Malfunctioning hot water heater was discharging hot water from the side of our home, flooding my neighbor's side yard as well as my own. One call to Hometown had a service repairman on his way within 30 minutes.

I recently used Hometown Plumbing for a commercial job. I have a business with significant plumbing needs and it was a complex job. Hometown sent Gunner out right away and he did great work! He guided me through all of my options and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He also went into my neighbors space to check that we weren't using the same drain lines so that there was no risk of overloading the system. The work is clean and well organized and I have shut off valves that I can use to shut my water if there's ever a problem without shutting the water to the entire building. Hometown will be my go to company in the future.

Thank you so much Hometown Plumbing! Sounds petty to some, but I accidentally dropped one of my wedding bands over the bathroom sink and it fell right through. Great service. Gunner was on time every day and would call ahead if there were any delays. Explained our plumbing situation so we could help ourselves better in the future. We got a clean out installed and I feel like it was a great investment for our house.
