Colton and Brent are phenomenal!
I can't thank them enough for their help in diagnosing and fixing the flooding in our basement. They went out of their way to come ASAP when we called (during tornado watches no less), and then assisted my husband and I with bailing out the water and getting the basement dry again. We had multiple issues and they addressed each of them with haste, while remaining friendly and personable.
We had another company come out the night before, but they left without any solution and said they'd come back another day to do a quote. That night the problem got worse, leaving us ""swimming"" in troubles...pun intended.
Colton and Brent found solutions to our issues NOW, to get us dried out quickly and save our belongings. We will be going with their quote for a long-term solution also, due to their prompt assistance. They are top-notch and I am so happy that I was referred to them.

Shout out to Stacy in the office as well, for passing the message along to the guys, and letting them know the urgency of the situation. I feel like this is important to note, as sometimes it is the lack of communication, from office to technician, that impedes great customer service. Stacy made sure that did not happen here. Hometown also worked with us months after they rendered services to help us receive compensation for the damages from the flooring company, and we were impressed with how the went above and beyond to help us. Colton and Brent installed a new water heater for us. They were both very professional, diligent and friendly. The work was completed on the day promised and they did a great job during the installation and making sure things were cleaned up afterwards. We plan to use them again for some future projects and needs we have in mind.
