After eating bean chili the night before I dropped an absolute nuke in the bathroom the following morning. Completely ruining the plumbing. Mike was on call and on site within a half hour of the accident. He did a fantastic job working the plunger and was in and out within 5 minutes. My only complaint was the fact that he did not bring his own nose plug and needed to borrow mine.

I do not recommend calling Mike. I requested a quote with knowledge of a fee of $79 if the work is not done. Well to my disappointment the quote was way out of the ballpark so I paid him for doing no work. I contacted another local business and they gave me a quote over the phone and completed the work for less than half of what he wanted to charge me.

We woke up this morning to a leaking hot water heater and a mess in our downstairs. Mike was at our house by 9am and had a brand new hot water heater installed by noon! Very professional, super nice and at a great price. We couldn't be happier! 5 star rating - well deserved!

I can't say enough nice things about this company. From the initial phone call to schedule the service appointment to the actual work done. They were professional, called before arriving earlier than scheduled (always a bonus), and completed the job quickly after giving us the price before starting the work. This was a cold call that we found on yelp. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Called and was told it would cost $300 at most for the work I needed done. Person arrived and we were told it would be $800 +. Then we're left paying the $75 call out fee. What a sneaky way to make money. Perhaps the receptionist and plumber should work out how they give estimates over the phone. Also worth noting is that we found someone else to do it for half the price!!!

We used Hometown Plumbing to fix a leak in our new house. Mike came out, gave us an estimate, and fixed our leak. He was timely and professional. He also gave us a few tips on common issues he has seen in homes like ours, so we know what to look for and how to manage future issues. Glad we found a plumber we can trust!!
