Great service! After my water line broke, Austin and Dominick installed a whole new water line from my water meter to my house, and they did a very good job. They were also very friendly and accommodating. They even went above and beyond the call of duty by uncovering my outside faucet that had gotten buried underground and checking the water hookup to my washer. A.J. was also terrific when he came out and assessed the job that needed to be done, and he even sent me a postcard thanking me for my patronage. I would definitely recommend Hometown Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

The worst plumbing experience I have ever had. Nothing but sell, sell, sell all kinds of part replacements you don't need and aren't broken. Then to top it off, they charge 3 times as much as other plumbers for the same job. Sorry, but don't trust a company that directs their employees to push upsells from the getgo. I just need my toilet fixed. Not $5K of unnecessary repairs.

The best Plumbers ever! Great fast service. Chad and Austin know what their doing. Fixed our dishwasher issue in five minutes. Polite on time and are terrific plumbers! Highly recommend!

They charged $298.17 to install a new toilet which I purchased and supplied eight weeks ago. In addition to the $39 service fee they also charged $104.67 to raise and repair the flange. After the work was done, I contacted two other local plumbers and was quoted $99 by one and $109 by the other to install a new toilet. Hindsight is 20-20. I'm sorry I did not do more research before i hired Hometown Plumbing.

We placed a call to them on a Sunday afternoon, they sent Ben over and he worked for several hours to fix our backed up pipes. Ben ended up coming back and worked for 2 more days tirelessly completely redoing our plumbing system. The previous contractor did a horrible job running the pipes for the sewage, so Ben completely re-did everything that needed correction. He also installed a new laundry connection for us up stairs.

I hired hometown plumbing to install three bathroom faucets after having granite countertops installed. when the tech arrived he was polite but went to the truck to write up a ridiculous quote. I was in desperate need of getting these installed before I left town. He came back with a quote of just under 800.00. I asked if that was after my military discount and he said yes. I had no choice at that point. And then after he finished he tries to up sale a membership? They can talk all day about being professional all day but these guys are highway robbery. There is not a single explanation the owner can give to justify 3 faucet installations for 800.00 and want me to purchase a membership. Live and Learn I guess.

Would definitely not recommend, they try and charge you for incomplete work. They charge a $39 service and if they can not resolve your issue they try to charge you for the entire job! There are better services and value in the area!

I cannot say enough good about this company. Megan called me back within a few minutes and had a plumber at my house within 2 hours to fix a broken water pipe. Chad arrived promptly, he showed us pictures of the damage, and he completed the work in about an hour. Their fee was more than reasonable. We were so impressed that we now have them for a maintenance program and have given their name to several friends. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
