STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP! Hometown was hired to do warranty service on a tankless water heater that services 2 units (4 people). I called on Wednesday and they were available that day. Technician advised that diagnostics alone would be $450 - I agreed due to emergency situation. Needed parts were determined by manufacturer and they were overnighting them to the plumber who assured me that installation would be no later than Friday. Plumber advised that repair would be an additional $1200. ""To plug in 2 parts?"" I asked - how long could it take? Plumber said ""It's a lot more complicated than that"". I was stuck, so agreed. Long story short - the parts arrived FRIDAY mid-day but Hometown didn't consider my emergency a priority - I was already on the hook. When I told them that I would like to pick up the parts and have another licensed plumber install them THAT DAY so that the families could be made whole, Hometown advised that that's not possible - they would have to ship the parts BACK to the mfr and I would need to order NEW parts. Per Navian (the mfr) - that's a lie and plumbers cannot hold my parts HOSTAGE during a dispute. So Saturday morning my families got hot water - after a $1200, 2 hour appointment that, in the end, required a ""jiggling of the wires"" to actually complete the repair! DON'T WASTE YOUR $$ AND TIME WITH THIS OUTFIT!!

They came out within an hour to help me with a leak that was pouring water into my kitchen. These guys saved me and went above and beyond to help!! As a single parent, with zero understanding of plumbing, being able to trust someone to be honest and kind was amazing. I would call this company again in a heartbeat.
