First time long haul usage for our Generac. I was unsure about how much continuous usage it could take, oil refill etc during our Milton power outage on Marco Island. I called the main number, spoke with Jimmy and he put me completely at ease. Told me what to do (basically just let it do its job and power up the house). Told me if the oil runs low, call him and we would be out to help! I am so thankful for his information and availability over the phone!

If you need a back up generator then you need Home Works Now! I made a call, left a message and 15 seconds later received a call back from Kellie the office manager from the dentist chair! From that point on it was seem-less. The did it all. Paperwork for HOA approval, permits, inspections, approvals, testing. From start to finish while I was not even present. Rob and the crew are neat and professional. You receive texts and emails for appointment reminders which then never missed I might add.
