This was my worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company that had a number of traps and over pricing customers. I will never have them any other work for me. I received my quote and agreed prematurely to the work without getting a second opinion. Not only did they try and trap me into paying for a $39 a month service fee, they overcharged for every piece that didn't need replacing. I looked up a few of the prices and for a normal full service tune it, it ranges $100-150. I was charged $459. The float switch was only $39 online but I was charged $469. The entire bill was $1770 and when I called 3 other companies, their estimates came back from $1000-$1200. After I was stuck into paying, the tech said he had to remain on the property until the bill was paid. This seems odd. So after I paid, I told him to leave! This was such a bad experience. This is an experience I will remember and I hope my mistakes and experience can help you make better decisions than I did. You should never rush and always get 2-3 estimates.

Friendly and professional staff from the moment you message them to the phone calls and texts. They were available to provide estimate the very next day and are reliable to the point we gave them our lockbox code to enter a vacant property. They called and emailed with estimates promptly. I know access for underneath the house is difficult and time consuming. They found a way to get through the small access point to provide estimate. Great job, honest value for quality work.

These guys are great. Replaced my 20+ year old ac with a new one with heat pump. Arrived when they said, were fully prepared and got to work. Hub done mid afternoon and all cleaned up. Have called for service and they came out the same day and fixed issue at no charge. Nice techs who are willing to explain what to do. Highly recommend.

With the company AC Therapist, Tampa I was totally satisfied, they did a great job, came on time, I would recommend them again, since I live in Switzerland, they helped me a lot to find the reason, AC blower was not working, and fixed it.

This company is incredible. I needed my AC tuned up last year. The common is reliable, completed the work in a professional and swift manner. I did sign up for the elite maintenance plan. I rec'd a years supply of special order filters 2/2 to the size of my intake vent. I also had a UV sanitation light installed. I highly recommend this company.

I want to start off by saying this company or my experience with the company was not pleasant. The HVAC technician was not thorough with checking sources for the problem I was having with the ac unit. He would go in circles trying to explain what the problem was. Finally he told me it was the disconnect switch that was having problems but come to find out all that was needed to be complete was a little fluid that needed to be vacuumed out. The company tried to charge me $1100 in items that needed fixing and a disconnect switch that was 400 dollars in cost. Save yourselves the heartache from this company trying to break your pockets. Richard the owner was not nice and did not reimburse some of the cost at all. Had another tech out here who was straight up with me. Hire an experienced tech is my lesson learned from here on out. None of this information was relayed to me about my coils being frozen or anything? All he said was a cleaning nothing about coils are frozen plus I had another tech out there and he said the coils were fine. Not even frozen or anything. Total scam. Please anyone who thinks this company is saving you they are doing the opposite. Money hungry thieves

Be careful of this A/C company, they continual find ways to charge unsuspecting homeowners numerous ways charges and still 1 1/2 years my A/C unit will not work properly! The latest they are claiming that all my froeon had been stolen from my HVAC unit and charged me $770 dollars to refill it with no proof of a theft. My homeoners association is now conducting a survey of how this ever could have happened. Legal authorities are predicting this was an inside job, waiting to hear!!!

I received quotes from three different companies and am so glad I chose The Therapist. The entire process from the first meeting to the final install was handled very professionally. They stayed in constant communication via text and email and when I called, an actual person answered! I needed a complete system including all new ductwork and when I was told it would be completed in less than a day, I was skeptical. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the crew was incredible. Everyone had a job to do and no one got in anyone's way. It was all finished by 3pm and they cleaned up after themselves so we didn't have to do a thing. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, all attributes I look for in a company.
