Had a service call today to do multiple work on the air handler and unit outside. the tech was here from 9am to 2pm. when the tech left he said everything was done and should be working correctly. Mind you, the unit was working just fine prior to them coming out. About an hour later we noticed it wasn't cooling off and the temp was up to 82 in the house. we called the company and told them what was going on, that the unit wasn't working and it's putting out hot air now. They said they would have someone out tomorrow between 3 and 6. We told them that was unacceptable and the unit was working before the tech started working on it and they need toncome back out and fix their mistake. They said they are not sending anyone out today. This was at 4pm and the temp had gotten up to 85. They said the best they can do is tomorrow between 9am and 12pm now. We asked to speak to the manager and or owner and we were told the manager clocks off at 4 and doesn't do anything after hours. So now we have to wait until tomorrow to have air condition because the tech decided to just leave and not finish the job and or check the system before they left. So..... they came out, broke a system that was working just fine, and refused to come out and fix their mistake. Highly recommend finding someone else. It is now 87 degrees in the house with all the windows open.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. They installed a brand new unit 2 years ago and I've had nothing but problems. Each time they come over to fix it they put the blame on me and charge me another $250 every time they come out. My brand new unit needed a new compressor in less than 2 years. One month after they installed a new compressor the unit started making a lot of noise so I had another company come in and I had to replace 3 coils which were leaking. I had another company give me another opinion and they said the same thing. The AC unit they sold me is junk and the install was also not done right or I wouldn't be having all these issues. Do yourself a favor and RUN.

Our AC went out on 7-30-2024. We used the app Thumbtack and chose AC Therapist to come and take a look at our unit. John came out the next day and was able to diagnose the problem and gave us 3 options to have it repaired. No pressure just facts. We chose to have it replaced and they were able to come out the next day (8-1) to replace the unit. They removed the old unit and replaced it with the new unit in about 3 hours. Everyone at AC Therapist from the beginning to the final payment were excellent at providing timely updates on the entire process. We are very satisfied with AC Therapist and would recommend them for all HVAC issures.

I did my due diligence, and called four different AC companies. For me, it was all about price, and A/C Therapist came in WAY below (close to 20%) what the others were quoting, so I set an appointment. They were here within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, and went right to work. It took a few hours, but when they were done, I was super pleased with the work performed. They even had to remove a fence panel to get the new unit in, and did not hesitate (at no additional cost). What really impressed me was the follow up. 5 months later, they let me know they were headed out for a tune up (no cost as I pay $19 a month for continued maintenance), showed up on time, and made no attempts to """"add on"""" beyond what the contract called for. My one concern? Not one of the three workers spoke passable English, so I had to communicate with lots of hand signals. I would like at least ONE to speak English.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I tried to make it work with this company. The techs they sent were all Hispanic, and I wanted to support that. I purchased a service contract for check-ups every 6 months, which billed every month. Then, they texted me to say they couldn't get my monthly payment to go through. After many, many months with no issue. Nothing at all had changed on my side. The problem was on THEIR end. I had a regular maintenance appointment scheduled during those days and they didn't show up. Didn't contact me to cancel it; just didn't show up. It turns out that they BREAK their contract if any single payment doesn't complete -- even if it's their fault! Very shady. (The payment ultimately posted.) At this point, I didn't want them in my house anymore, so I asked them to refund the payments I had made for which they would not be providing service. The owner -- who is both combative and not the sharpest knife in the drawer -- accused ME of trying to break the contract which he himself had already broken. Apparently, he's fine with taking money for services he does not provide. So now you've been warned.

This was my worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company that had a number of traps and over pricing customers. I will never have them any other work for me. I received my quote and agreed prematurely to the work without getting a second opinion. Not only did they try and trap me into paying for a $39 a month service fee, they overcharged for every piece that didn't need replacing. I looked up a few of the prices and for a normal full service tune it, it ranges $100-150. I was charged $459. The float switch was only $39 online but I was charged $469. The entire bill was $1770 and when I called 3 other companies, their estimates came back from $1000-$1200. After I was stuck into paying, the tech said he had to remain on the property until the bill was paid. This seems odd. So after I paid, I told him to leave! This was such a bad experience. This is an experience I will remember and I hope my mistakes and experience can help you make better decisions than I did. You should never rush and always get 2-3 estimates.

Friendly and professional staff from the moment you message them to the phone calls and texts. They were available to provide estimate the very next day and are reliable to the point we gave them our lockbox code to enter a vacant property. They called and emailed with estimates promptly. I know access for underneath the house is difficult and time consuming. They found a way to get through the small access point to provide estimate. Great job, honest value for quality work.

These guys are great. Replaced my 20+ year old ac with a new one with heat pump. Arrived when they said, were fully prepared and got to work. Hub done mid afternoon and all cleaned up. Have called for service and they came out the same day and fixed issue at no charge. Nice techs who are willing to explain what to do. Highly recommend.

With the company AC Therapist, Tampa I was totally satisfied, they did a great job, came on time, I would recommend them again, since I live in Switzerland, they helped me a lot to find the reason, AC blower was not working, and fixed it.
