I had a humming noise in my house for a week and finally pinpointed where the noise was coming from. It was something that would soon cause leaks, so I needed it fixed ASAP. I contacted some plumbers and these guys we on site in no time and gave me a very competitive quote and in 3 hours it was all fixed up. Plus the plumber was very nice and we had a good conversation while he upgraded and fixed several items.

After getting 7 quotes to replace a 26 year old gas direct vent hot water heater I made the decision to go with Trade Pros. I was looking for a specific unit that qualified for a federal rebate for efficiency. Brittney was super helpful and responsive and spent considerable time looking for the right water heater. In the end, after both her and my research there wasn't an affordable water heater that met my needs that qualified.

I went with Trade Pros because of Brittney's excellent customer service and desire to help me with my quest. Was the price the cheapest of the bunch? No, but they definitely were not close to the most expensive. Brittney earned my trust and business by being communicative, helpful, and honest - and that's how you're supposed to win business, at least for me.

Rick and Justin knocked it out the same afternoon in about 2.5 hours and did an excellent job. Both friendly and communicative so that the job was completed how I wanted it.

Now I can sleep easy not worrying about a flooded basement from a rusting, very old water heater. I had no clue it was that old since I bought the house in 2019.

Highly recommend Trade Pros and they will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs!

Michael did a great job at fixing our shower problem. He explained the problem and walked me through each step of how he was going to resolve what was going on. His communication is top notch. He also showed up when he said to be expected, which is not always the case with people doing work at your house.

The only complaint that I have is that I feel like I was overcharged for the work that was done. While I am not a plumber and I don't have the experience that Michael or other vendors would have, the work that was done did not take very long, and I was charged a lot of money for it. At points like this a consumer feels that they being are taking advantage of.

Realizing that the work did not take as long as originally projected by Michael, he did provide a discount off the initial quote. Still the total work that was done took about 20 minutes in total and cost $500. After learning what needed to be done, and being somewhat handy myself, if the problem occurred again, I would simply fix it myself versus calling someone to do it for me for $500.

For many years, I had my go to plumber. He was the person I would call whenever I needed anything because I always knew he would be responsive and do quality work. Since he is now retired, I have been looking for my new go to person. I have found him at trade pros.

Justin at trade pros is fantastic. He has done three projects for me at a rental property I own. I am very happy with his work. He does quality work and takes a great deal of pride in his craft. He is also personable and is good to work with. Plus, he is a veteran and I always try to support that community.

The only downside is their price. They are expensive, but I guess all plumbers are. I do not mind paying a bit of a premium for quality work and a responsive contractor who is good to work with.

They were the first to respond to my request for emergency plumbing services. The plumber, Justin Stephens, came within 1.5 hours and was excellent -- there was a risk of needing to break the drywall but he found a solution which saved me lots of money and inconveniences. He was not only very knowledgable and skilled but also polite and friendly. The company was highly communicative, too, sending text messages with updates when he was on his way. I don't know how their cost compares to other companies, as I didn't get quotes to compare, but otherwise I highly recommend them!

Edgardo and Trade Pros in general were top notch in locating the problem and fixing it in a timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend. Will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
