This company is a scammy. When we explained that all quotes and repairs must be quoted in advance and follow a business process, they immediately quoted $69 fee for coming out to quote the issues.

They advertise 0. That's a scammy advertising.

Justin was not only extremely speedy, professional, and friendly, he even had some free time in his schedule and came early! The whole job was done in less than an hour and for a reasonable price. I was not at all satisfied. The technician told me that my hot water heater looked old and was manufactured in 1999. We purchased this home in 2013 and subsequently replaced the hot water heater. Then he told me that the valve for the hose bib was stuck and needed to be replaced. When he left to find the outside water shut off I checked the valve and it turned with very little effort. When I showed this to him he said he was surprised. He quoted me a figure around $2300 and then said ""Let me see what I can do for you."" Then he said that he could charge me for add ons for two of the the valves instead of charging for the full replacement, then deducted the valve that was actually working, then deducted another 5% and came up with a final amount of $1476.00. If the job could be done for that amount it should have been quoted that way from the start, not quoted that way as some sort of favor to me. Just price the job with all of the adjustments at the beginning. I will be getting other estimates and going with another company

They are very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me. They made it extremely seamless. I will only call them for any plumbing issues I may encounter in the future.
