Edgardo showed up within the specified time and was very professional as he evaluated our toilets and gave his recommendations. The one toilet Edgardo replaced needed shims around the entire base in order to prevent any future rocking due to the floorboards having shifted some over time. That is something that a DIYer like myself would not have known to look out for as my main concern was that the existing PVC flange appeared to be cemented in with some kind of adhesive and I wasn't sure if it needed to be replaced. Turns out it did not need to be replaced. He also dye tested our other toilets and explained to me what he was seeing as he evaluated them. One of the toilets definitely needs to be replaced because of its old design (it came with the house several decades ago) weak flushing power, excess water use and coming loose from its base.

Before this, I had a hard time finding a plumber that seemed interested in our business, let alone giving a free estimate before doing any work. And I'm not sure where the plumbing experts are at Home Depot because nobody seemed to know where they were at 2 different locations I went to wasting 3 hours between the two just trying to get someone knowledgeable to answer my questions. Usually, our luck with plumbers is that they make us wait around all day, then say they can't make it once it gets near 5pm and they ask me to reschedule in a couple weeks. We are very happy with the service and will call him again for the next replacement.

This company is unbelievably amazing! My water heater was leaking (recently replaced by another plumber who installed it incorrectly) and I had family coming for a visit. After reading all the reviews, I contacted Trade Pros and the owner, Brittney answered the phone. She couldn't have been more professional and understanding. She immediately dispatched Jimbo and Tommy to my house and WOW were they impressive. They swiftly identified the problem, fixed it quickly and were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They made sure that the everything was fixed and functioning well before my family arrived. Jimbo and Tommy are the best repair professionals that I have ever worked with in 20 years of home ownership. I've now got Trade Pros on speed dial and you should too!

Great customer service, the technician checked out the water leak, he recommended that a A/C technician should fix the issue, they didn't charge me for the service (even though he spent time to check it out)

Quick response and repair. Had a leaky shower. Set up the appointment on Sunday for work on Monday. Literally at 7am on a Sunday, I was corresponding with the owners. Wow, you don't get that often. A little pricey I think but I didn't get any other quotes and they were able to fix it quick. They also also suggested and quoted another repair that was needed so we appreciate that too. Not pushy at all, just professionals who were prompt courteous and easy to work with. Would call again when the need arises.

This rating is solely based off a diagnostic visit.

I want to highlight that Yelp highlights this business as Woman Owned and Woman Operated but it was two older gentleman that came to my home. In case this matters to anyone. Additionally, they had a very strong smell of stale cigarettes that lingered after their departure.

A diagnostic fee was 189. They identified a few issues. Replacing the thermostats on my water heater would have been 325 and replacing a pipe would have been a separate charge of 429.

I was able to find another reputable service company (that had more reviews) who were able to do it for cheaper, provide military discount and the same day service.

I'm sure their service is great here but their prices are a little steep. And with the diagnostic being $189, it can make a consumer feel a little intimidated into proceeding forth with the repair. Additionally, the 189 isn't waived or applied to the service if you book the same day as other companies do.

That being said, they were friendly and prompt with their response.
