Bought a new home in December and wanted to replace an 18+ year old tank style water heater. I got estimates from LOTS of companies in the Fairfax area, including some of the more highly rated ones on yelp. Though Trade Pros ended up not winning the bid, I felt compelled to leave a positive review because of the care and due diligence they exhibited throughout the estimate process.

Working with Brittney and Thomas was truly a pleasure. My situation was dire, and they made me feel valued which is also important to me. If I had issues with any other plumbing related problems in my home, Trade Pros is the first (and likely the only) company that I would call.

Trade pros was very quick to respond to my inquiry, came out within 30-45 minutes the day of and got our issue resolved. 100% recommend , James Miligan was great. They came out on New Years Eve and didn't charge us a premium or a diagnostic. The pricing was fair, and our tech (Thomas) was helpful, explained what he was doing and why, helped show me what I could have done differently, and was a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend and we will definitely call back again if needed.

Although they came a little behind schedule they were super fast and great value! I got my toilet replaced. They installed the new one I bought on my own and removed and took away the old one. They also provided material I didn't have to finish the job. Great work!

our washing machine connector broke. Trade pros came out right away with knowledgeable professional plumbers who came in, diagnosed and repaired the issue sand pointed out a few other things while they were here. great service!

I was having an issue with my water bill from a damaged toilet pipe whereas the usage went from 5k gallons to 33k gallons. I called tradepros on a Wednesday spoke with a very nice and professional customer service representative who scheduled me for Friday from 12-2pm. On Friday I received a call at 1130am from Mr. Mulligan letting me know he was enroute. He arrived promptly at 12pm. Mr. Mulligan gave me the courtesy of letting me know he was vaccinated as he entered my home. He inspected and explained the problem and fixed the pipes immediately ( which was a relief he had parts on hand). I would definitely recommend his services and call her m back if I have any future plumbing issues. Thank you Mr. Mulligan

We didn't end our having any work done with trade pros but their customer service was incredible and their professionals were very polite and thorough.

Scheduling was very easy, I was contacted right away and given several options to schedule. Two service technicians came for the service call, were very professional and gave a quote for the work needed. Work was agreed to and done right away as they had the parts with them. The invoice provided, included pictures prior to the work and after. Work is guaranteed for 12 months. Would definitely recommend as scheduling was easy, and service technicians prompt and professional.

This company is the real deal. I come from a plumbing family (dad, granddad, uncles, cousins were/are plumbers) and could have done the job myself, but my landlords required me to hire a licensed plumber (as well they should) and I am glad I hired Trade Pros. All communication was timely, understandable, and friendly. Jimbo and Tommy arrived when they said they would, did the work quickly and well, and charged me a very reasonable amount. I will happily hire them again.

I was very pleased with Trade Pros although our washer overflow problem has not yet been solved.
We called our warranty company who sent a plumbing company to snake wire the drain pipes. That did not help, so they sent a hydrojet (sp?) machine and still the problem was not solved. So the warranty company looked for someone to run a camera but did not have anyone available and asked us to find one ourselves. So, new arrangements made our way to Trade Pros.

This was my first experience posting through Yelp. I received several replies but clearly some had not read my concern thoroughly. Trade Pros did. Brittney replied quickly and it was obvious she had read my washer overflow issue. She offered a free estimate and sent Jimbo and another gentleman to check and explain the work needed. They were surprised to hear that the jobs performed had not worked, especially with the hydrojet. Jimbo said running a camera would not do the job because the issue is not the pipes but the vent system. Jimbo continued explaining they do not deal with warranty companies, so any job they do, we would have to seek reimbursement ourselves. Then Brittney sent me the estimates and answered multiple questions that surfaced. I am still checking with our warranty company, so my washer overflow problem has not yet been solved. But i have appreciated the promptness and the courteous service. I sure hope my warranty company lets me make repairs with Trade Pros company. I highly recommend it..!
