Hello My name is Tim Mosley I have been a Customer of Home Service Hereos in the Past, But Never Again! I received service from Chris 1 year ago with this Company and he did a Great job earning a Five Star review . However My Service on May 26th 2023 has not been a Good Experience at All! Beware of Their Supervisor """"Pepper' He has an Above You Attitude! Does not Allow the Customer to Speak without Interrupting with his Opinion. Melissa told him I was on the phone and wanted to speak to him and He Stated """"Why do I need to talk to him Again Very Rudely. Then he begins to Argue with me and says he's going to come out and see if Gfci is working or not. Comes to my Home enters behind Mark begins to walk through my House without announcing or stating who he is. I confront him as he enters the third room of my home and told him to Leave my Property with his Attitude! ElectricIan Mark Apologized for his actions. After we had the same discussion 4 More times. Why they're not replacing a GFCI, Mark Admits Its Defective but still working so they aren't replacing it? IN THE END GFCI WAS REPLACED BY ME THE HOMEOWNER! $416 Invoice ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!

I had an electrical problem while working on my father's park model mobile in a retirement community. I called Electric Today in the mid-morning and a very courteous scheduler assured me that they have an electrician there between 12:00 and 1:00. Art arrived at noon on the dot, professionally dressed and arrived in a business van with all gear needed. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Art explained how the pricing worked upfront and walked me through his troubleshooting process. We were able to fix the problem in a short period of time. The payment was easy as they took credit cards on site and a copy of the bill was provided to my e-mail address immediately. He also explained their coverage policy, billing and offers for convenient planned services for both electrical and AC issues. I have dealt with many electricians in the past and this was the best experience that I have had. Great job Art and the Electric Today team! I will pass positive recommendations for potential clients.

Showed up on time. Called while on the way and solved the issue with our spigot immediately.

They were recommended to me for a/c work. I had my entire until replaced by them and they did good work and and got my house cool again. They offered reasonable pricing compared to others and most importantly and one of the.m better warranty's compared to other companies I received quotes from. Overall happy with the service I received and the new a/c unit in my house Until next review Kisses

Sunday evening my a/c stopped cooling. We pay $10/month to electric today for them to be on call to resolve electric and a/c issues. We called them right away. Although we called Sunday around 11am, they could not send anyone out until the next day. Monday their tech came out, checke the system and said our compressor died and we could either repair or replace. Repair would be $2500, replacement anywhere within $5000 and $6000. Since we had also purchased an extended home warranty I contact the extended home warranty. They placed me in contact with another A/C company who came out the very next day (Tuesday), check the system, found the compressor had been disconnected, connected the compressor and the unit started cooling immedeatly. My A/C issue was fixed in 15 minutes or less. There was no trying to sell me a new unit or extensive repairs. I do not know if the compressor had been disconnected prior to Electric today coming out or if it was disconnected by their tech, what I do know is the tech failed to properly diagnose the issue and focused more on trying to sell me on something that I did not need.

We had them install recessed lighting in our living room and replace three outlets . They did a good job and were very nice and on time. The price was very reasonable and they offered a military discount, which we appreciated. However, they made a mess and didn't use any drop cloths or cover the furniture. I would have loved it if they had told me that they don't do that and I would have done it myself. They did sweep up but there was a lot of dust on everything. I would recommend them but be warned that you should do your own prepping of the space!

Jon and the fellas did a great job on my A/C. Family business that stands by what they say. They haven't been on Buisiness for twenty years for nothing.

I'd highly recommend calling Electric Today to take care of any of your home service issues. Jessica was super friendly and helpful in directing me towards the next step when I spoke with her. She recommended installing a bipolar air ionizer and sent out a service technician to my home. The specialist named James arrived right away as scheduled. James was very knowledgeable and highly competent at handling such technical issues as was apparent after he installed the bipolar air ionizer. He explained to me from the start step-by-step what an air ionizer was and the benefits that having one installed would be for my family. I truly appreciated being treated so respectfully. In my opinion, Jessica, James and Electric Today are the areas elite home service go-to pros from now on!

The first thing you need to know about this company is that they do not charge hourly - they charge by the job. I thought that would be a good thing because the electrician won't drag their feet to rack up more fees. Turns out, not so much. More on this later. Another thing you should know is they don't charge for an estimate. All they charge you is a fuel fee for coming out to your house. $12 or $15, I think, which is much better than the $60-$80 other places will charge you for an estimate (though most of them will also roll that into the fee if you use them so that you don't end up paying for the estimate and the services). On the other hand, Electric Today charges you the fuel fee regardless of whether or not you use them. My experience here was mixed. I called them up on a Wednesday and they offered me an appointment the following day. However, I asked them for a Friday appointment instead, and they gave me that Friday from 10-12 and told me I would hear from the electrician on Friday with a more specific ETA. Friday, 12:15, rolls around and I haven't heard from anyone nor has anyone showed up, so I called. Turns out, the person I spoke to 2 days prior never actually put my appointment in the system. Some people would call that a sign and to move on, but I was convinced their pricing model was the best option. After all, if I went with another company and didn't like their prices, then I am automatically starting at the $70 or so for the estimate, plus whatever else My Electric would charge. That's how they get you. Anyway, I did call a couple of other places to see if they could do same day appointments. When they couldn't, I called My electric back and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday. This time, everything went as planned. I needed 2 services - a new wall switch for a light/ceiling fan fixture and a new security light installed outside. I was advised the total charge would be about $180. I had no idea if this was a good price, but I did know that if I said no, then I would have to get someone else out there and would inevitably end up using that other company, even if they were more expensive, because otherwise I would have to pay the estimate from company B and the $180 to my electric plus another fuel charge. Therefore, I said yes and hoped the work would take 2-3 hours to justify the charge (I had no where to be). Unfortunately, the work took under an hour, which means I effectively paid $180/hour for an electrician. Chris was great - I like efficient people who get work done right the first time with minimal hassle and time - but $180/hour is highway robbery. I know, it is my fault for saying yes, but where do they come off charging those prices for work that only takes a short amount of time? So, I had a poor customer service experience with my first appointment and got ripped off with my second appointment. Lesson learned. And again, this is not a bad review of the service itself. Chris would get all 5 stars, but the company he works for would only get 1 or 2 if it weren't for him. Hence the 3 stars.

Fast, Efficient, Priced well. I would rather pay a fare price for professional service and highly qualified technicians than save a dollar for incompetents that takes hours. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Great Job Guys!
