Recommended Customer Reviews

This guy is the real deal. Old school. Not only did he do excellent work, but his charges were reasonable, a rarity in today's market. Along the way he kept me informed and did not complain if I stuck my head in to find out what was going on.
Quality workmanship a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended.

Be cautious on using this company.
We went with Steve (owner of company) to replace our water heater because he gave us advice, which we thought was good advice. However, he did not fulfill the requirements that he mentioned he was going to do. Our old water heater was 15 years old and was leaking from the top water connectors. We mentioned the minor leak, but he continued to use the same pipes that ended up leaking on the new water heater causing corrosion.
He dragged the old water heater out of our house and got some gunk at the bottom of the water heater on our brand new carpet. We had to pay to clean the carpet (which he was nice enough to deduct from the total price). Steve then placed it at the top of the driveway by the garage door and all the sediment leaked all the way down to the street. This is the same sediment that will cause erosion on your driveway if not cleaned up properly (which he did not clean).
We had a company come out for an unrelated issue and they showed us that the pipes were leaking at the top of the water heater. We reached out to Steve and asked if he could come take a look at replacing the pipes that were leaking. At first he said yes, but gave no timeline of when he could make it. After calling him again, he seemed agitated and said he was busy with other jobs and would get back to us the following week. A month later, and still no answer. Since we were ghosted by this individual, we advise anyone using his service to get a contract in a paper/digital format before moving forward so the warranty of his labor will not be dodged.
I gave two stars since the water heater has yet to blow up.
